• Cleanliness & Amenities: The rooms are well-maintained and clean. For a budget-friendly stay, it is well-equipped with essentials like a kettle, microwave, blow dryer, iron, and hangers.
• Exceptional Staff: The team is friendly and accommodating. A major highlight was their willingness to provide luggage storage for early arrivals, allowing guests to explore the city before check-in.
• Convenient Access: There are no issues with late-night entry, and room service is available upon request for basic necessities.
The Cons: Comfort & Infrastructure
• Limited Room Size: The rooms are notably smaller than standard double-occupancy rooms in other hotels, which may feel cramped for two people with luggage.
• Heating Issues: The heating system struggled to keep up with the Montreal winter. Frequent manual adjustments were required to maintain a comfortable temperature.
