サービスが素晴らしい

ケンブリッジ滞在は街中のヒルトンと決めていましたが、改装済みでヒルトンと比べるとリーゾナブルなお値段だったこともあり、初めてUniversity Arms Collectionに滞在しました。お部屋はCosyより広めで公園に面していました。内装は趣のあるおしゃれなもので、雰囲気のあるシックなお部屋で、WIFIやお茶セット等も問題なく使え、とてもくつろげました。シャワーしかなかったですが、バスルームの床暖房がきいていてクラシカルでおしゃれなバスルームは一見の価値がある気がします。初日はコーヒー・ティーのためのフレッシュミルクがなかったのですが、翌朝メモを残しておいたところ、きちんと冷蔵庫に入れていただいていました。また、清掃が終わった午後に女性スタッフが部屋へ来て清掃状況等々すべてチェックしてくれるため、無料のボトルウォーターがない等言うと、すぐに担当者が補充しにきてくれました。サービスに対する真剣さを感じたホテルでした。レストランもとてもおいしかったです（日によりますが、夜は予約した方が確実だと思います）。ホテルのある通りは週末、繁華街のような雰囲気になるため、夜遅くなる場合には気を付けた方が良いと思います。街中に近く、NationalExpressのバス停はホテルが面している公園を突っ切って行けますので徒歩5分もかかりません。駅からは徒歩10分程度かかるためタクシーがおすすめです（７ポンド程度）。

Service in bar and restaurant slow on this occasion.

It is beautifully decorated, but need to keep up with the maintenance to keep it at the right level. eg carpets are pale and starting to look stained.

Great location and nice rooms.

We loved the hotel and the room, one thing I felt wasn't customer focused was a pre£35 charge for having a pet ( fine after if she fouled but usually it's complimentary or £10), and£40 overnight parking. Excessive. Everything else was superb.

Great hotel, very conveniently located however, we were a little disappointed with the restaurant. We’ve stayed there before and had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant but this time it was a little disappointing unfortunately

I’ve stayed here many times. I went for Room 202 which was nice and quiet. I would stay again.

Food at the Tavern is truly amazing. Rooms aren't great - curtains don't close properly so you get woken up early. Also, no sound insulation so we can hear every step from the person staying the floor above. Breakfast options are very limited. Drinks/mocktails at the bar are not great - too sweat.

Nice location next to the park. Cambridge is small so the main hotels are all close. Room was big but finishes a bit worn. Shower was nice size. Breakfast was nice

Modern central location with the river about a 15m walk away. Comfy beds, and quiet in a high room. Breakfast at £25pp is expensive for hot buffet, and doesn't include cooked items on menu which are a further £13 or so. Limited parking on site at £40/day, or within 7 min walk across the green at around £25/day (EV chargers here).

This is a first class hotel, beautifully designed and with superbly comfortable beds. The staff are uniformly helpful. We have stayed several times and look forward to coming back - it's a wonderful treat.

The University Arms is truly a fabulous experience. For us the staff were attentive and friendly. Alway available to help. The breakfast experience was the one of the best. The staff have a great team spirit to watch.
