サービスが素晴らしい

ケンブリッジ滞在は街中のヒルトンと決めていましたが、改装済みでヒルトンと比べるとリーゾナブルなお値段だったこともあり、初めてUniversity Arms Collectionに滞在しました。お部屋はCosyより広めで公園に面していました。内装は趣のあるおしゃれなもので、雰囲気のあるシックなお部屋で、WIFIやお茶セット等も問題なく使え、とてもくつろげました。シャワーしかなかったですが、バスルームの床暖房がきいていてクラシカルでおしゃれなバスルームは一見の価値がある気がします。初日はコーヒー・ティーのためのフレッシュミルクがなかったのですが、翌朝メモを残しておいたところ、きちんと冷蔵庫に入れていただいていました。また、清掃が終わった午後に女性スタッフが部屋へ来て清掃状況等々すべてチェックしてくれるため、無料のボトルウォーターがない等言うと、すぐに担当者が補充しにきてくれました。サービスに対する真剣さを感じたホテルでした。レストランもとてもおいしかったです（日によりますが、夜は予約した方が確実だと思います）。ホテルのある通りは週末、繁華街のような雰囲気になるため、夜遅くなる場合には気を付けた方が良いと思います。街中に近く、NationalExpressのバス停はホテルが面している公園を突っ切って行けますので徒歩5分もかかりません。駅からは徒歩10分程度かかるためタクシーがおすすめです（７ポンド程度）。

Always a pleasure to stay at the University Arms. Toby the concierge looks after us like family.

Staff are very good but the hotel could do with some investment.

The communal areas are wonderful and the gym is great. My bedroom was minuscule and with a courtyard view which was surprising for a 300+£ stay. The bed was hard as a rock and although they helpfully gave me a topper it did not resolve the issue. I now have neck pain! The bedroom was very loud - could hear the person upstairs walking and the shower noise so I was kept awake late and woke up very early. I expect a different room might have been better ? I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you value a good night sleep.

So much character, a really charming hotel. Staff are so attentive and reception were so welcoming and helpful. Room is big and everything you need! Location was also perfect. Breakfast buffet was delicious, really fresh produce and variety. Cocktail were also great, just maybe a little slow. Bed was sooo comfy as well! Overall, a really really wonderful stay. Would 1000% recommend, and will be back !!

Lovely hotel with gorgeous interiors. Serves lovely cocktails and food is also really good, we only had bar snacks but everything was tasty. Only negatives from our side are the pillows are way too soft and the rooms a little dark.

We always enjoy our stays at this lovely hotel. The staff, especially the concierge, are always 100%.

Room was enough for a night Staff were all lovely and accommodating we had a free cocktail due to it being our 1st wedding anniversary. And we have both agreed we will stay at the university arms every other year for our future anniversary’s
