総合評価とレビュー Hotel Estelar Miraflores

評価できる点 １．ロケーションが良い。 　　ラルコーマルに徒歩で行かれるし、近くにおいしいレストランや、スーパーがある。 ２．プレミアムスイートは価格の割に設備が整っている。ジェットバス付バスタブや、サウナがある。ただしサウナはぬるい。 評価できない点 １．ホスピタリティを感じない。 　　到着時我々は３人で６個のスーツケースを持っていたが、ポーターによるサポートは一切なく自分で部屋に運んだ。 　　フロントデスクに質問しても、やる気のない態度で回答もぞんざいであった。 ２．フロントデスクにレストランへの送迎の車を依頼したが以下の問題があった。 　1) 時間を指定したにも関わらず３０分近く遅延し、レストランの予約時間に間に合わなかった。 　2) フロントデスクで聞いた金額と運転手が提示した金額が異なり、我々はより多くの金額を支払う必要があった。 　3) 上記を踏まえ、ホテルからリマ空港への送迎のホテルへの依頼はあきらめ、自分たちでタクシー会社に連絡して送迎車を手配した。 ３．小さいプール、少ないベッドや椅子 　　プールがあまりにも小さく、またプールサイドのベッドや椅子もあまりにも少なく満員だったので、利用を諦めた。

Front desk was not appreciative of our business, made us wait at 2:57 to check in until 3:15. When our door lock was broken we had to go down stairs 3 times before they sent someone and made us wait for an hour without offering a place to sit or refreshments. We weren’t told about boxed breakfast until we were checking out and never walked through the amenities. Room was clean and decent size. Breakfast was a good buffet and the area is decent.

The location was fantastic and the room, even-though dated, was super clean, quiet and A/C worked well. We were four and had two very comfortable queen beds. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful and check-in/check out process quick. Definitively would recommend it and and stay here again.

The property is in need of a complete remake, as it is tired and dated, especially the bedrooms. Even the bathroom towels were old and hard. There was noise coming from the adjoining rooms during the night, which disturbed my sleep. The staff were pleasant though and the 21st floor restaurant and bar was comfortable, with nice views of the city.

We had amazing stay in this hotel. Staff was very nice all the time. Breakfast is superb.

On my arrival a man at the front desk, was very helpful, i didn't get this name but i want to say a big thank you to him for his help 😀 😊

It was ok. Rooms are dated and musky smelling. Breakfast only served til 10. Pisco 21 on the top floor has a great view

Excellent location in the heart of the Miraflores tourist area. Breakfast buffet was varied, my daughters really enjoyed the waffle station. Friendly staff, very secure parking, clean amenities.

Foi ótima, com um atendimento excelente, ótimos serviços, limpeza e comodidades. O local do hotel também é excelente.

Grundsätzlich bietet das Hotel einiges. Es ist zentral in Miraflores gelegen und man kommt von dort aus fast überall gut zu Fuß hin. Unser Zimmer war nicht komplett sauber, sowohl im Bett als auch auf dem Boden lagen eine aufgerissene Packung Kondome. Wir bekamen daraufhin unmittelbar ein anderes Zimmer. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet quantitativ einiges, die Qualität und der Geschmack sind in Ordnung. Am Pool kann man gut entspannen. Dennoch halte ich das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für etwas überteuert.
