朝早く、ワカチナツアーに参加しました。 朝食の時間が6時からだったので間に合わないと思っていたのですが、すぐ対応してくるてパンとフルーツと飲み物の入ったセットを下さいました。　 バスの中で美味しくいただきました。

朝食のメニューも豊富で楽しめるました。

場所、治安は、申し分ありませんが、設備は、少し古く、部屋の扉の建て付けが、イマイチです。

評価できる点 １．ロケーションが良い。 　　ラルコーマルに徒歩で行かれるし、近くにおいしいレストランや、スーパーがある。 ２．プレミアムスイートは価格の割に設備が整っている。ジェットバス付バスタブや、サウナがある。ただしサウナはぬるい。 評価できない点 １．ホスピタリティを感じない。 　　到着時我々は３人で６個のスーツケースを持っていたが、ポーターによるサポートは一切なく自分で部屋に運んだ。 　　フロントデスクに質問しても、やる気のない態度で回答もぞんざいであった。 ２．フロントデスクにレストランへの送迎の車を依頼したが以下の問題があった。 　1) 時間を指定したにも関わらず３０分近く遅延し、レストランの予約時間に間に合わなかった。 　2) フロントデスクで聞いた金額と運転手が提示した金額が異なり、我々はより多くの金額を支払う必要があった。 　3) 上記を踏まえ、ホテルからリマ空港への送迎のホテルへの依頼はあきらめ、自分たちでタクシー会社に連絡して送迎車を手配した。 ３．小さいプール、少ないベッドや椅子 　　プールがあまりにも小さく、またプールサイドのベッドや椅子もあまりにも少なく満員だったので、利用を諦めた。

We ( mom with three teenagers) had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our trip truly memorable. We had to leave very early for a tour and would have missed breakfast, but after learning about our situation, the hotel staff kindly prepared breakfast for us at 5:00 AM, which was incredibly thoughtful and much appreciated. We enjoyed the excellent breakfast as well as a superb, high-quality dinner at the rooftop restaurant, which offers a stunning view of the city. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of everything, providing easy access to banks, supermarkets, malls, Kennedy Park, Love Park, and the beach — all within a 10-minute walk.

Loved this hotel. Great location that was walking distance from many great restaurants and shops. Staff was helpful and friendly. The pool and gym facilities were top notch. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Staff are very good and helpful. Clean. Room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The A/C stopped in the middle of the night and stayed off for the rest of the stay. My room was directly across from the elevators and I could hear the express elevators going up and down all night.

No real complaints, we had a good stay.
