朝早く、ワカチナツアーに参加しました。 朝食の時間が6時からだったので間に合わないと思っていたのですが、すぐ対応してくるてパンとフルーツと飲み物の入ったセットを下さいました。　 バスの中で美味しくいただきました。

朝食のメニューも豊富で楽しめるました。

場所、治安は、申し分ありませんが、設備は、少し古く、部屋の扉の建て付けが、イマイチです。

評価できる点 １．ロケーションが良い。 　　ラルコーマルに徒歩で行かれるし、近くにおいしいレストランや、スーパーがある。 ２．プレミアムスイートは価格の割に設備が整っている。ジェットバス付バスタブや、サウナがある。ただしサウナはぬるい。 評価できない点 １．ホスピタリティを感じない。 　　到着時我々は３人で６個のスーツケースを持っていたが、ポーターによるサポートは一切なく自分で部屋に運んだ。 　　フロントデスクに質問しても、やる気のない態度で回答もぞんざいであった。 ２．フロントデスクにレストランへの送迎の車を依頼したが以下の問題があった。 　1) 時間を指定したにも関わらず３０分近く遅延し、レストランの予約時間に間に合わなかった。 　2) フロントデスクで聞いた金額と運転手が提示した金額が異なり、我々はより多くの金額を支払う必要があった。 　3) 上記を踏まえ、ホテルからリマ空港への送迎のホテルへの依頼はあきらめ、自分たちでタクシー会社に連絡して送迎車を手配した。 ３．小さいプール、少ないベッドや椅子 　　プールがあまりにも小さく、またプールサイドのベッドや椅子もあまりにも少なく満員だったので、利用を諦めた。

Chose a suite with a panoramic view of the city, with a spa and jacuzzi inside the huge bathroom. Very clean and majestic. Recommended 100%

Very good location, in walking distance of the coast with the big mall Larcomar. Several restaurants in walking distance. The room was clean, breakfast buffet was ample and nicely presented. Hotel staff at the Front Desk, Restaurant and Housekeeping all very service minded, polite, caring and nice. Would recommend Estelar without a doubt!

Wife and I stayed for our anniversary. We received complimentary drinks + dessert, decorations in room and at the restaurant, and generally exceptional hospitality overall.

Fantastic location if you are high enough to not hear the vivid life of Miraflores while you’re trying to sleep through the night. The staff and room were perfect for my stay. The restaurant on top had an amazing panoramic view, and breakfast every day was perfect.

Great hotel. Awesome location, close to beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. Wonderful service, also. This is THE place to stay in Lima.

Brilliant Location, Safe and Walkable, easy access to everything. I arrived a tad early, they helped me with an early check in, thus ensuring I rested well after a 10 hour flight.

The hotel has its own parking garage which is very helpful. There is a cafe attached to the hotel along with a restaurant- a breakfast bar is included. The location is about a 12 minute walk to Larcomar, which is a beautiful spot to visit. The staff is very polite and helpful.
