The worst hotel I have ever stayed. Front desk service is worse than what can be imagined. Sometimes ask for the same thing 3 times regardless by phone or face to face and still being ignored after told they would do it soon, e.g.lack of body wash, no bath mat, etc.

My third time staying at Crowne Plaza Kitchener. The staff is exceptional! They even remembered me! Always extremely professional, kind, accommodating, and patient. My upgraded room was so comfortable and clean. Aqua, the restaurant, is delicious and the wait staff is wonderful. I also used the fitness centre this visit. Was surprised at how many options for working out are available. An exercise room, pool, bowling alley, putt putt golf! I will be staying there again soon!

Pool looked good and clean but we never used. Went to use amenities in rec centre not realizing that we had to pay for them separately ($5-10/ item). Room condition was ok, but could tell it is starting to get dated. Shower head leaked a lot.

Room was clean, but way to small for 4 people. The washroom was tiny with zero counter space. The fan did not work in our room, we had to open our patio door for air flow The only good thing was the breakfast and coffee

Clean room, super comfortable beds and topgrade pillows and linens. Hotel dinner and breakfast 5 stars!

Paper thin walls. Shower did not drain at all. They put us in the middle of a huge group of competitive dance families who arrived at 11:30PM and made crazy noise until 2AM. Could hear them through the wall like they were in the same room. Parking is in a separate building. You have to walk like 200m around on your own floor to get to the elevator and then 200m again to get to the parking.

Best breakfast buffet ever and a omelet station also

The room was very clean. The hallways and common areas could use a good renovation especially on the 2nd floor. The staff are great and moved us to a better room after we experienced excessive noise from the roof repairmen. Overall great experience.

Spa was amazing

Our room was clean and ready at check in, the breakfast was excellent. The lady that checked us in was very friendly, informative and genuinely kind. Our shower door was missing a seal so we needed up with water all over the floor. The pressure was strong in fact it popped the cover off the hand held. The pool was clean and towels were available. It was quite dark as they only had the wall sconces on at night and I feel it did not provide enough light for the swimming area where mostly children were swimming with parents sitting around the pool. I would book this hotel again

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly when we checked in. The thermostat in our room did not work, our room was very hot and uncomfortable to try to sleep in (we checked in late). We were given a little table fan. When the staff member came to give us the fan he realized our room was very hot. Eventually we were given a new room. We were given a cart for our things and asked to hand over our keys and told if we forgot anything we wouldn't be able to come back and grab them. My husband and I had two sleeping children to load up, along with two older children and all our belongings. The staff member did not offer to help push the luggage cart, he did not hold open doors for us. He just continuously asked for our room keys back. You are also only given two breakfast vouchers and the rest of your party is charged $20 for their breakfast.
