1人の女性のフロントデスク係員がとても不快だった。目を見て挨拶もしないし、明らかに私たちの接客の時だけ無愛想だった。楽しい旅行なのに嫌な思いをした。シャトルバスは40分1本の運行と書いてあるが、空港に迎えに来てもらうには電話必須。電話しても40分待たされることが当たり前だと思ってください。部屋は清潔だったけど、お風呂の床が滑りやすくて危なかった。もう泊まることはないかと。

Don’t count on using the airport shuttle. It runs every 40 minutes and was full when we needed to go so we had to pay for a taxi. Kind of defeated the whole point of choosing that hotel. Lesson for next time…

I called the property multiple times from the airport to book the shuttle to the hotel. no one was answering so i had to get a cab there. upon arrival they told me there was no shuttle that night (I had to take the airport cab that costed $44). they did book a shuttle to the airport for next day for me though. but that was late too. the only good thing about my stay was the staff working in the restaurant both at dinner time and breakfast.
