My initial impression of this hotel wasn't too great since when I called the hotel for the shuttle from the airport, there was no fixed schedule provided as they mentioned on the website. Two of the employees were yelling through the phone, which made it harder to understand what they were trying to convey. I ended up grabbing an Uber from the airport. However, once I got to the hotel to check in, the service was great. Everyone at the front desk was kind and understanding, and I even got a free chocolate chip cookie for some reason. The room was clean and well maintained with necessary amenities like soaps and water. Breakfast bar was pretty decent with a variety of options and an omelette bar. From the hotel to the airport, there was a fixed schedule for the shuttle which made it easier for me to get back to the airport without spending a small fortune on Uber. Overall, I had a great stay.

Hotel location & amenities were really good. The staff was professional and friendly.
What I didn't like, I was supposed to pay at the property but the hotel took a payment from my credit card a day before. Since I used a different card at the day of arriving at the property, the hotel held to 2 charges on my credit cards.
I was confused why the took a payment (they say hold) from credit card day before I was at the property.

It is a very clean hotel, staff are very friendly and accommodating, house keeping staff are easy to talk with. Quiet place to stay and convenient for everything. Close to Airport too.

I was tired from a long day of travelling and had to overnight in Toronto before continuing home the following day. I booked a King bed room and was looking forward to just crashing for the night. When I checked in I was told “we’ve given you a complimentary upgrade”, that sounded good but I didn’t know what it meant. So I went up to my room and Lo and behold there was a huge feather king size bed with a separate room, sitting room, kitchen with a bar. My flight didn’t leave until 2pm the next day so it was wonderful to be able to spend some time in such a great and comfortable room! The bed was heaven!!

Great place! Rooms were very nice, very clean. Beds were comfortable, check in was quick & easy. They give you complimentary cookies at check in..nice touch, however I would suggest serving nut free cookies.
Parking was a bit steep but free airport shuttle made it all worthwhile!

I waited for an airport shuttle and when the Doubletree shuttle came and said it doesn't go to this location! The guy told me I had to phone to get a pickup and by that time I was done! It cost me $69 to get to go 10 minutes. To the DoubleTree inn. At least they gave me a shuttle back to the airport so that part was okay. I do not recommend staying at this particular location because the advertise a free shuttle that is makes it too difficult and there is a closer Double Tree location which they don't indicate on Expedia.
