Nice stay. Hotel was very lively.

Very clean, great pool, and great customer service!

The number with option 1 no one would answer for 7 3-5 minute calls and one call let it ring 15 minutes. There Are 2 double Tree at airport. They answer but nothing they could do. Tried to call the front desk for wake-up but no one would answer. Service front staff terrible . They were not that busy.

Great for free shuttle from airport. Bed was clean. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Couch in suite was filthy.

Reception gave us a warm cookie when checking in. Nice surprise ‼️

I had an issue with my first room given to me. It wasn’t cleaned yet when I entered it. But the staff was apologetic and very quick on getting me another room. Just coming off a 13 hr flight I was exhausted so I appreciated the quick response.

Property is fine, its a bleak area but that's Ontario. No free breakfast though and bathroom was so tiny

Parking is a tad pricey but im reallt happy with my stay, the service and the room

It was a great location, easy to get to and from our destination. Clean and welcoming.

When I checked in the gentlemen asked how many in my party- I said 2- he changed the complementary breakfast to 2 with his pen- at breakfast I was told to speak to manager that one was only being covered- he stated it only comes with one as I booked room for one- which I didn’t realize , and can understand that policy- but the worst part was he caused me of changing the complementary breakfasts with a pen to 2- I said the check in clerk did it and he said if he did then he would have initialed it- and I said so your accusing me of forging the ticket ??? It was disgusting- I have been to this hotel every time we do vacation and this ruined my stay- I was happy to pay for our meals and we did but but accuse someone that’s been a dedicated customer for 20 years of scamming for a $20 breakfast was poor business- I asked him to call the gentlemen that checked us it to clear his mistake but he wouldn’t - so that’s the stupid part - accusations with no follow up. I deserve a full apology from the district manager

Staff is very kind and accommodating. I would definitely book with them again.
