Clean, reasonable and pleasant staff

Room was clean but sofa was filthy. After hour housekeeping staff was not nice. Daytime housekeeping was very nice and clean.

Been going to this hotel for the past five years every years almost every month and this is my go to hotel in Mississauga, I just love it so much staff is so kind and so nice. They always remember me. Room are incredibly clean and spacious. The restaurant downstairs has amazing food. Overall, this hotel is a 10/10 !!

Bathroom smelled like mildew, random pillowcase and towel behind fixtures. Called for extra towels, but ended up waiting 4 hours until housekeeping arrived. Appreciate the fridge and microwave.

The property is well maintained

Uncomfortable mattress and squeaky. Broken drapes, toilet paper holder. Toilet flushing was incredibly loud. Room very cramped. Staff were pleasant.

It's an airport hotel, so I was expecting average service. The staff were exceptional and welcoming. Very pleased. Again, it was an airport hotel restaurant, and I booked a group of 15 into the restaurant for a reunion meeting and wasn't expecting much. The food was superb and everyone was very happy with whatever they ordered. The staff ensured that we had a great time. Very pleased. As part of a larger group, we had a breakfast for the team. Again, not expecting more than plastic eggs and dry muffins. Exceeded our expectations for the group breakfast. Very pleased! Highly recommend this hotel for individuals or groups.

The room itself was fine but the hotel is a bit tired.

Good stay.

Lovely bed, quiet room great staff.

It was a clean room and good services but the staff at the reception who checked me in lacked professionalism and was rude, excluding that i would say that the stay was pleasant.

Parking was probably the toughest part - unfortunate that you have to pay to do so. There is enough around and the shuttle to the airport is very easy and helpful

Service was very bad asked fir towels three times but didn’t get anything
