Great experience. The building is quaint, cozy, with a unique design and interior decoration. Beautiful dining area and bar.
The room (ground floor), was spacious and with a lovely art deco interior.
Very nice shower with good water pressure, nice choice of shower gels and other amenities.
The plumbing in the toilet was a bit iffy, but nothing too serious.
Very comfortable bed, with soft pillows (this is my preference so I was happy with it).
The building is very old, so the rooms can get a bit noisy (can hear other people flushing the toilet and walking around). Not particularly bothersome for me.
Location is good, close enough to the train station and bus. Albeit a little dark and poorly lit.
We had the full English breakfast and was very good (especially for hotel standards). Fairly priced too.
The staff was nice enough, though not the most enthusiastic but definitely polite and cordial.
Would recommend for a nice stay.
