接客とサービスが良かった。 忘れ物をしてしまったのだが、親身になってくれて、梱包など宅配便の段取りまでしてくれた。感謝しかありません。

Even though I booked a shuttle bus, they didn't keep to the time and made us wait 30 minutes. The bus driver didn't even say hello to the Asian customers who were waiting ahead, and only told a white man who arrived later to get on the bus. This is pure racism. I will never use a hotel with such employees again, and I will not recommend this hotel.

Our room had dirty sheets and pillows. The counter was not cleaned properly, smudges from past guests were present - good thing we packed our own wet wipes clean. Room cleaning was subpar. Also pictures are not as recommended. I will give them grace since they are going through some renovations but do not recommend.

Security Alert! When we arrived, we checked into our room, were given our room keys and then left to sightsee for the day. When we came back to the hotel it was late evening. We opened our door with our room key and found strangers sleeping in our room. The hotel gave our room away to a family, that we walked in on. We immediately talked to the front desk and he said this is normal, the owners overbook all the time. He also said keys are given to multiple people for the same room all the time. Talking to security, they were not surprised that keys are given to multiple paying customers. I have never felt more unsafe. The front desk clerk was beyond rude, dismissive and hostile. He wasn’t going to give us another room and suggested we find another hotel to stay at. When I pushed the issue saying I’ve paid in full to stay here for two nights (not refundable), he said I must be in a bad mood because the hockey team lost. Flabbergasted. The hotel is affiliated with a hospital and the room we were given was filthy. The curtains wouldn’t close for privacy and appeared to have blood on them. We had to sleep with things pushed against the door, knowing it was very possible someone could walk in at any time. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel doesn’t feel safe. There are drunk customers around, smells of weed everywhere. Construction started and not finished. I had to call security at night due to drunk people banging on door. I would not recommend to stay there unless you have no choice. For the price, you can find something else.

Parking

Good location and stuff is very friendly 😊

There were homeless/ crack addicts hovering in the parking lot and outside the location - we were tourists at the location, so we went around town and came back in the night, and it felt very unsafe. The parking lot was all the time full. The room was dusty, carpets were dirty - overall very poor experience

Honestly one of the roughest hotel stays I’ve had in a while. The place is badly maintained, everything looks old and neglected, and there seem to be problems everywhere you look. The room itself was not properly cleaned and the fridge had an inch and a half ice buildup. Parking is terrible. It’s overcrowded, disorganized, and hard to find a spot. The atmosphere around the property was also uncomfortable at night because of constant noise and people hanging around outside. Housekeeping was frustrating too. For the amount they charge, you would at least expect decent cleanliness and basic upkeep, but this place barely meets minimum standards. Would not stay here again.

The hotel was disappointing overall. The rooms were not clean, the TV did not work, and the whole building feels very run down with poor maintenance and constant issues everywhere. The parking lot is a complete mess and there is never enough parking available. There was a lot of noise at night and the environment did not feel orderly or comfortable. Housekeeping was also intrusive, entering the room early in the morning without proper respect for privacy. Even the breakfast itself was extremely basic for the price being charged. The hotel clearly needs major renovations and much better management. Definitely not worth the money. ::

Good breakfast

Well, where do we even start , we arrived , to see people sitting outside all around the hotel smoking all types of things, we walked inside, the smell was horrific , only to find out that questionable people off the street were taken in using the hotel as a shelter , 1st and second floor was occupied by them. The small was genuinely unbearable to say the least…. We stayed on the 4th floor , the rooms were somewhat okay, we also had breakfast included which we didn’t even get to try as the line was insanely long , these people were everywhere , outside inside , they were scary to children, they don’t respect anyone around them , it would be nice if we were told ahead of time that we would be staying in what I can call a shelter full of urine smell and addicts . We would have never brought our kids here . This was our first time in Montreal, We will never be back to this hotel as the memories don’t include good ones . Don’t book this hotel without insurance , and call ahead as you may be staying at your own risk!

There was supposed to have a shuttle from the airport to the hotel but there was not so I had to pay 25$ for a cab. I would like to be reimbursed.

Good place to stay in between flights, Bed is comfortable & shower is simple but nothing to complain about. Equipment such as iron & hair dryer are great and a must. Shampoo/conditionner & soap are good quality and make your hair smell clean and fresh. No remote for the tv, if you want to watch YouTube, you’ll have to grab your computer and an HD cable. Overall a comfortable stay, for one night or 2 it’s perfectly fine. Shuttle 10/10, call in advance. Breakfast is great.

Some walls were with scratches, my flight was very early and they were very accommodating with breakfast option because they provided a breakfast to go.
