接客とサービスが良かった。 忘れ物をしてしまったのだが、親身になってくれて、梱包など宅配便の段取りまでしてくれた。感謝しかありません。

Even though I booked a shuttle bus, they didn't keep to the time and made us wait 30 minutes. The bus driver didn't even say hello to the Asian customers who were waiting ahead, and only told a white man who arrived later to get on the bus. This is pure racism. I will never use a hotel with such employees again, and I will not recommend this hotel.

Good breakfast and complimentary parking. Good value for money.

Not the best managed hotel. In the middle of the night they have alarms going off and it does not stop for the whole night. When you ask the staff they have no idea what is happening themselves. I wont be coming back to this hotel.

It’s was okay but they was a fire and we were not informed we just heard the fire alarm goes off and Everyone was trying to evacuate that it

Fire alarm went off three times on our first day. I then received calls in the middle of the night from hotel staff asking for someone who isn’t me, and when I say the middle of the night, I literally mean midnight. Imagine sleeping and hotel staff is calling to ask if this is “John”, how do you not know who’s checked in at your hotel. Another shady thing is when checking in, they have the card swiping machine under their desk out of view, so it’s like you give them your card and you don’t know what’s going on under the desk. And when you check out they dont even confirm if your deposit was released or not.

This hotel was a great choice

I have never in my life seen anything like it. Pills found under our beds alone with spilt coffee and alcohol bottles. Very drugged out and intoxicated people all hours of the night they have a contract with the government to home the homeless. Its really bad. And they would not accommodate us in anyway. We had 5 kids all under the age 6 very scary to say the lease we didn't get to sleep until after 4am

We arrived late at night after a long drive from Toronto with 5 small children. We were welcomed at the front door by a bunch of drunk people smoking weeds. Yes I know its legal but should not be allowed at the door considering there was security present. We got assigned a room only to walk in to other people sleeping in our bed. We went to the desk to complain and the staff was rude and said that the room was double booked from the morning staff which was a lie because we didnt booked until 9pm just before arriving to the hotel. The second room we were given was dirty with spills under the bed coffee cups and pills. I again went and complained but this time I raised my voice considering I had 5 small children and some random pills under my bed. I asked to be moved again and was told I already moved rooms and they had nothing else available. I asked if we could have it cleaned and they said no one was available. We argued backed and forth until 4am when they finally sent the security to come and clean my room after I called the police to have the room swept for drugs. The front desk wouldnt come talk to us again either at this point I asked for a refund so that I can bring my kids somewhere safe. They refused and told me to apply for it on my booking website. I left without the refund and had to pay for a new hotel. I did eventually get the refund from the booking hotel. Also note that this hotel is used for some goverent program to house individuals. Rated 0 stars.

Fint rent rum med alla bekvämligheter man behöver och lite till. Bra med närhet till clygplats och transport som ingick mellan hotell och flygplats. Trevlig och väldigt hjälpsam personal.

Staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is great.

breakfast is good but the facilities is okay

The rooms were clean, breakfast was good. Parking was good, but there was not enough space at the front door to park for the registration, before going to Parking.

Staff were great, Renovations were happening so access to the spa was impacted but not for long

The breakfast was amazing and the breakfast staff were very good. The front desk was very rude whenever you asked anything. One front desk worker told us we can do laundry at anytime and gave us information but when we did our laundry and asked the front desk if we could change our toonies to loonies, the new front desk worker was very rude and told us no and said that we can’t do laundry and was very disrespectful. The room was nice but the bathroom is extremely tiny especially for a king sized room. Parking was good.

Nice facility, the front desk personnel were very welcoming. One thing I found odd was that, without asking for any assistance in the room, a man knocked on my door and asked if we needed anything; he wasn't wearing a hotel uniform. When my husband told him about the TV control, he just said he would bring a new one, but never came back. I bring this up because tourists must be aware of suspicious people; I think this person was looking to see if there was a woman in the room so he could later come back and do something bad.
