接客とサービスが良かった。 忘れ物をしてしまったのだが、親身になってくれて、梱包など宅配便の段取りまでしてくれた。感謝しかありません。

Even though I booked a shuttle bus, they didn't keep to the time and made us wait 30 minutes. The bus driver didn't even say hello to the Asian customers who were waiting ahead, and only told a white man who arrived later to get on the bus. This is pure racism. I will never use a hotel with such employees again, and I will not recommend this hotel.

I was there with my wife on Good Friday until Sunday and enjoyed every minute from checking in the staff was most welcoming and pleasant especially the young man at the desk, Breakfast was fresh, staff kept replenishing the empty bowls, very clean surroundings it was just disappointing seeing individuals filling their jacket pockets with cans of pop and other items and walking out, l mean their are other visitors. Other than that the room was very comfortable and clean the room service does a great job. Thanks to everyone for making our stay memorable and on our next visit we are sure to stay here.

Breakfast was ok, shuttle was on time and very convenient. Been going to this hotel for a couple of year but not sure I will continue.

Stayed at a property booked through Expedia and found a noticeable number of ants in the room (around 30–40). Some even made its way on to the bed. This made the space uncomfortable and impacted the stay. The issue was reported, and a partial refund of $32.42 was provided, but it did not reflect the overall experience.

Didn’t have breakfast (my flight was early) Shuttle was efficient The hotel could definitely have an upgrade. (I was disappointed of the kind of hotel room I stayed in for $213.00 - definitely was not first class, not sure if it was even 3rd class.

It was my second time booking a room at this hotel. It was perfect. This time I used the transportation service to the airport it was really good. They have a shuttle every 30 minutes to the airport. The bed was comfortable, and all the amenities were great. The front desk staff were very friendly with my dog.

On as eu un très belle accueil et vu que nous partions a 4.30h il nous as donné une boite déjeuner et un endroit parfait pour le stationnement a long terme.

Good it was

My first room had a cockroach, which I filmed, and black-brown stains on the curtains. When I was given a second room to make up for the cockroach, it also had similar stains on the ceiling and tiny ants, which I took photos of. The bedding didn't seem that clean either, I found hairs on it before I even got to sit down. The only thing I enjoyed was the kind staff.

Chambre parfaitement propre

D'abord la chambre qu'on nous a attribuée étai déjà utilisée. La troisième chambre proposée était meilleure que les deux chambres proposées au préalable . Certains hôtels ont des pantoufles et peignoirs mais pas eux. Le personnel de nettoyage qui vient taper à ta porte à 11h pour que tu partes alors que le départ etait à midi.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent — from the cleanliness of the rooms to the quality of service. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The atmosphere was calm and comfortable, which made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
