Hot tub!

Woke up with bed bug bites. Property felt like a flop house, people using drugs by exterior doors, security guard never seemed to leave his post, was too busy reading. 2nd queen bed in our room was some sort of cot that the mattress didn't fit properly on and if you say on end of the bed the whole thing flipped. This hotel was not cheap to book for our layover in Montreal and I'm really disgusted at the condition. I've been requesting a refund for 4 days now with absolutely no response from the hotel.

The jet spa was really nice, parking was challenging. Overall, budget friendly hotel.

Good hotel to stay overnight at airport

I would not recommend staying here. Staff was nice. But the whole building reeked of Marijuana. Not the best experience.

Très bon hôtel, bon rapport qualité prix. Chambres spacieuses et propres. Navette vers l'aéroport facile et gratuit. Petit déjeuner correct. Personnel très agreable et prêt à aider.

Hotel smell terrible, hotel front has always some homeless people. First floor of the hotel, he book for special people only, has totally diff scene. Hotel room interior is in bad shape. Two queen beed room has one complete bed other just mattress and box.

Surprisingly Pleasant Stay at Quality Hotel Dorval I was a bit skeptical about booking this hotel because of some of the mixed reviews, but I’m glad to say it turned out to be a great stay overall. The check-in experience really stood out—staff at the front desk were super welcoming and helpful, especially considering we arrived late at night. It definitely set the tone for the rest of the stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, which is always a top priority for me. One downside, though, was the noise. The walls aren’t very soundproof, so we could hear quite a bit from the hallway and surrounding rooms, even at night. Also, the breakfast was very basic. It’s fine for a day or two, but if you’re staying longer, it does get repetitive. Despite those minor issues, the overall experience was really positive. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place with friendly service near the airport, I’d recommend giving this hotel a shot.

The staff was quite rude and unhelpful. Although they advertise complimentary coffee, there was never any available during my stay. The overall atmosphere felt uncomfortable, with strange people lingering around, and the vibe of the hotel was just off. I would not recommend staying here unless it’s a last-minute emergency and you have no other option.

Not a good food option

Breakfast was good. In the room there were a strange smell.

It was hotrible experience super dirty

Nous avons eu une première chambre sans micro ondes pourtant indiqué sur le site que toutes les chambres en sont équipées. Une tuyauterie bruyante et instable, avec eau chaude aléatoire, manque de produit.vu sur le toit terrasse avec de multiples groupe de clim ultra bruyant. Nous y avons passé une nuit dans cette chambre, la dame de l'accueil a accepte de nous muter dans une autre pour les 2 nuits suivantes. La chambre étaient mieux équipée et la salle de bain plus récente. La propreté des chambres est correcte a la différence de l'hôtel en général qui paraît sale et vétuste. Le petit déjeuner est plutôt bon. Le spa de qualité et propre. Le parking pratique et l'environnement horrible si on a pas de voiture.

Un peu bruyant !!! Chambre au dessus

Cet hotel n'est pas évident d'accès quand tu ne connais pas beaucoup Montréal. À part cela, le service était impeccable, il avait eu un malentendu pour ma réservation, mais les hôtes/hôtesses m'ont guidé avec aise à résoudre ce problème. Très compréhensifs par rapport à l'erreur, je les remercies grandement de m'avoir aidés et de m'avoir donné un service digne d'un 4 étoiles. Le lit était confortable et la chambre était propre. Le petit bémol que j'ai eu était par rapport à la douche, la pôle à rideaux est cursive donc c'est un peu difficile de prendre une douche en tout tranquillité sans que de l'eau s’échappe du rideau, sinon ce n'est pas un désastre. Rien à dire. Merci Beaucoup du service, 2 bonnes nuits dans un bon hôtel.
