Vi hadde noen fine dager i Bristol og Clinton. Hotellet hadde fin frokost, men maten i både restaurant og pub var ikke veldig bra, så spis heller ute et sted for middag. Ellers et fint hotell i et veldig hyggelige område av byen. :)

Fabulous stay - I was so impressed with this hotel! Really nicely decorated, high spec room, amazing products (L'Occtaine!). The only downside is the parking but it's a small price to pay

Fabulous location for the Clifton Suspension bridge, stunning views from the restaurant. Pity the terrace is not accessible in the morning for coffee. Interior of the hotel depressingly dark and gloomy.

Beautiful view from our balcony. Great terrace for drinks and good breakfast. Downside was that room smelled of damp unless balcony door was kept open. Also bar closes 10pm which seems early, but great location.

We chose not to drive which was lucky as parking is very limited. It’s a bit of a trek from Clifton Down station but it is walkable. The view from the terrace was lovely.

Positive - I liked the bar area and view and the staff were great. Negative - the toilet was not cleaned from previous guests. I told reception and I'm sure this will be remedied before the next guests check in.

I had a room with a balcony that looked directly over the Avon Gorge and the Suspension Bridge. Perfect. Plus I missed check out time by an hour and there was absolutely no fuss at all. Excellent.

Well maintained older building. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Comfortable room. Excellent dinner overlooking the Gorge.

A great night’s stay

Great value for money in an excellent location. Large, modern room and bathroom with a comfy bed. On site parking for a fee and beautiful views of the bridge.

Fab hotel with great location. The Deluxe Room was fantastic. Big room with a lovely view and so nice to have small touches of chocolates and water on arrival in the room . Everything you would need. We will definitely stay again . Thank you

Appreciated the upgrade to a balcony room. We enjoyed the tongue in cheek artwork! Excellent bathroom, well appointed, very good shower. The Nespresso coffee pods were appreciated
