ここがオムニホテルになる前から、ずっと泊まり続けてます。流石に当時の豪華さはないですが、長きにわたり良い意味で維持しています。 旅先でのホームのような安心感があります。 場所はモントリオールでは最高の場所です。

連泊中です。 5日目にお部屋の清掃を頼みました。 清掃後に戻ってみたら、シーツが変えられてませんでした。シーツの交換を頼んだら、掃除の係がフランス語で怒って部屋に入ってきました。言葉が通じないのでらフロントに電話したら、シーツの替えが足りないとのこと。 当たり前の清掃で、いきなりホテル側から怒られるのは不快です。

30年近く同じこのホテルに泊まってます。 かなり頑張ってサービスを維持していると思います。 今回は、プールが使えなく、残念。

Guter Parkservice.

The hotel room was dated. The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to McGill University and the Underground City. Unfortunately the pool was under maintenance, this should have to us before choosing in Expedia.

Wonderful property centrally located. Staff were very friendly and kind.

It was a quiet room on the 8th floor.

We are regulars at the Omni and return because it is convenient and the staff are amazing. Accommodations are consistent.

This is a dated hotel

Ronna were great and bedding was incredible comfortable.

Really nice room - good size and very clean and modern with everything we needed for our stay. Great staff at hotel at reception - very welcoming and at bar area. Nice central hotel.

Though the facilities were a bit dated, the service and everything else was wonderful, as with any Omni we have stayed at. Will definitely be back.

Bath rooms were not so clean on arrival. Rooms were no cleaned next day until called the front desk around 4pm

Staff very helpful

It was a great room and nice hotel. The staff did mislead us and the breakfast is not included, despite making it sound like it was. Also, room service drinks took over an hour to get to our room and were very expensive. Overall, good but I don’t know if it’s worth the price.

This is my second stay at the Omni and have been so pleased both times. Spacious rooms, extremely friendly staff, walkable to the Mont-Royal Park, Plateau Mont-Royal neighborhood, Old Town Montreal and dining for all tastes. Asked if we were celebrating anything special and I told them it was my daughter’s 26th birthday. We were surprised with a beautifully presented slice of cheesecake - what a treat! This is above and beyond service. Thank you, Otilia and staff! We also had a most excellent dinner at Le Carre restaurant nearby. If I’m back in Montreal again, this will be where I come!
