The front desk lady told me I couldn't check in because I didn't have the original credit card. ( Never heard of this) After 39 mins of arguing she Finally excepted a new one (same card number but was my wife's). Then we went to dinner in restaurant the wait staff was horrible the food was good but we waited 1/2 an hour for drinks then 15 mins after we asked for check she brought it very very slow service but food was good front desk was no help in morning with helping us get to cruise port

When we first arrived, we were informed to remove everything from our vehicle by security. we put everything onto a luggage cart and searched for the elevator. then was informed that there was no elevator to get to our second floor room. only a steep set of stairs. My spouse and i both have health issues and struggled to get our luggage up the stairs. upon entering the room we were quite disappointed. this hotel did not match the reviews online. we found a clump of hair on the floor between the door and the bathroom, ripped curtains, a fridge that was missing a balancing leg so if you touched it the fridge would almost fall over. Also a very large stain on the curtains, and other unclean, unkept things in the room. we were only there for one night. would not have stayed longer. we were tired and didn't want to fight for our money back through expedia and search for a new hotel. when we were bringing our luggage back down the next day we came across another guest that was having an asthma attack at the top of the stairs and using his inhaler. all he could say was no elevator and that he would be okay when we asked if he needed help. this hotel needs to make it clear that there is no elevator and you must climb the steep staircase to the second floor with your luggage without assistance.

If you are looking for a comfortable bed to sleep in and good towels this is a good place. Unfortunately, the pool and hot tub were not working this was one of the main reasons staying here. I do understand that things need to be repaired but if that is what is on the website guests should be compensated. The door to the room was accessed by outside, you had to slam the door to close. Maintenance tried to fix but the door frame was cracked. Which means that you would wake the other travelers if you had to go out.

The bathroom arrangement of our room was quite odd as the sink and mirror were outside the bathroom. The bathroom grout had stains and needed to be cleaned properly. We always had fresh, clean towels, though. The TV when I attached my Chromecast, had a major issue working. I realized it was the TV, and it seemed at least 10-15 years old. It wouldn't change inputs, and only the power button to turn the tv on and off worked. When I switched hotels on my trip, the other hotels TV worked just fine. I think this comes down to how old the TVs are at the Ramada. There was even tape holding the remote battery cover on. My friend and I also tried to visit the pool, but it looked like it had seen better days, and decided to stay away. There was ample parking, and the staff was welcoming. The AC Unit could have been a bit quieter, though, as we had to turn it off just to sleep at night.

Ok so the hotel itself was fine, and the staff were friendly. But! The AC upstairs basically doesn’t work. Not in the rooms or the hotel. It was so hot and stuffy upstairs we basically just had to leave. And when the weather got cold and we tried to turn on the furnace it smelled like it was burning. There is no breakfast!! There is an attached restaurant but no free hotel breakfast, just a coffee machine. The pool is inside which is great! But no air there either which makes it hot and smell like pool chemicals so badly it’ll give you a headache. We often seen the pool door propped open to help cool it off and air it out.

I stayed for 1 night. The room smelled musty , I was a little disappointed in the room, the ones upstairs looks newer and was hoping for one of those rooms. However , I enjoyed the pool and hot tub and had a good sleep.

We checked in for 2 nights in May 2026. When we woke up the first morning we discovered live ants crawling in the sheets and black spots on the sheets. Staff changed the bedding. We reinspected the bed and found live centipedes moving between the mattress and bed frame. We complained and were moved to a new room. The manager was not there on checkout. We sent the manager emails with video and pictures of the ants and centipedes and requested a discount on the room. To date the manager has not contacted us. DO NOT STAY at this hotel.

It is like a motel and needs renovations.

Rooms are mediocre, kinda reno, but more of a bandaid job. Beds are horrible uncomfortable. There is no continental breakfast. Pool area is small and dated. Not worth the price point. The one thing I will give 5 starts to is the restaurant on site. Some of the best Chinese food my family has ever eaten.

I felt dirty the entire time I was there and the room was not well kept. Dust in many places along with dead spiders and cobwebs. Gym equipment was not in good condition. I will not be returning.

This is a motel and not very convenient, rooms were old and dirty, they are trying to save money in every possible way they can. I don’t think much thought is put into guest experience.

The front desk staff were very courteous, professional and helpful. We came to the city for a medical appointment and needed to book a second night. The gentleman , whose name has escaped me (working in the A.M. of May 29) , assisted us to secure another night. He not only found us a suitable room, but provided us with the best rate. Thank you, you know how you are. God Bless you for the kindness you showed us! We will definitely rebook for future appointments.

Wouldn’t stay again.

It was ok clean. But it is very old hotel and needs Reno.

The room was dirty and very rundown (moldy bathroom, toilet holder broken, room smelled of smoke and mold, floor was dirty). The windows did not have a privacy sheer, so we had to leave the heavy curtains closed all the time - which made the room very dark and the lighting was sparse. The windows were single pane glass and did not have screens. There was no lock on the window - only a small stick to keep out intruders. Coffee area did not supply sugar or creamer. When I asked for them to supply it, I was told to come to the lobby and get a coffee. Eventually they did bring the requests on the 2nd day. We paid $220 per night.

Clean room, friendly staff

The property is a nice budget friendly option. The heated pool was such a treat for my family. The microwave and mini fridge were a nice bonus. The room itself was a bit run down. Paint was peeling off the walls in the bathroom, the showehead sprayed everywhere when we moved it, knicks and scuffs were on the walls throughout and even on some of the furniture. We could turn on the tv, but we couldn't find interesting channels because the remote didn't work. It was hard for the kids not to have cartoons all weekend. Fortunately the free wifi was good and they could watch stuff on our phones. We loved the layout for room. I was able to create a sleeping nook on the floor for my toddler and she slept great. Oh and the beds were super hard. We missed our bed back home. So overall the room met our functional, budget friendly needs, but if we could we would choose another hotel.

The room was very noisy and bathroom had mold. Every morning at 7.30 ,two bus loads of workers would gather under our window to recieve their orders for the day. Never used the restaurant so cant comment on that. Would never stay here again.
