Good service for the price

I don't need the kitchen. Laundry or linens are good. Not much to say except that the TV is not working and the chair is old and unstable.

I was there to see friends that live close by and have stayed there before. The staff is always helpful and the accommodations are perfect for me

The room is clean. The restaurant in the hotel is very good and convenient.

I wasn’t expecting much however I was shocked at how rude the front desk staff was. The place smelled like mildew. The floor in my room was filthy, there were long black hairs all over the mattress cover and sheets and I suspect they weren’t changed. The shower was recently spray painted and the painters tape was left on everywhere. The sound proofing was virtually non-existent and there was some kind of physical altercation right outside my room which wasn’t addressed by staff. The AC wasn’t working and it was very hot. Despite my review I actually rarely complain but paying $250 for this terrible of a hotel in the low season seems like a crime.

I enjoyed this area because it was close enough to walk to the nearby skytrain. There was also a pool and hot tub. The cleaning staff were great and really helpful as friendly. I definitely plan on staying there again.

Convenient on road trip. Comfortable bed. Quiet place, got good sleep. ‘Retro’ furniture but no smell, clean place. Would stop in again.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quiet, because I'm from downtown Toronto, where the ambient noise of construction, and traffic, combined with the unpleasant stench of the city, makes for a stressful environment. This is my first time visiting Vancouver, I've always had good experiences in Ramada Inns, all over the World, and I was again impressed with this one.

A little noisy, a little older, but good enough for me. Must be our 4th or 5th stay here.
