Great staff and clean rooms The property is in need of upgrades

The room was excellent

As soon as I walked in I saw the bathroom sink was dirty, black hair on the bed, stains on the dresser. Room was beside the pool, sounds echoed until 10pm. Staff was un-accomodating to a room change, stating there were no other rooms available even though several websites showed availability.

The initial room I was given smelled heavily of smoke. When I mentioned it they did change me to another room, which smelled a lot better, but still kind of an older scent. The WiFi was pretty awful most of the stay as well. Aside from that it was a decent hotel for a short stay.

The hotel staff was nice. However, the carpet in the entrance and going up the stairs was gross. Going into my room, the wall socket wasn’t attached to the wall, there were ants on the floor and animal hair on the bedding. The pool area was not taken care of. The doors were rusted and there was dirt on the floors around the pool. Definitely would not stay there again.

Rooms were clean, I stay here offer for business, never had a bad experience with them. The Chinese restaurant attached to the place is a good bonus.

Gross hotel.

Everything was ok

Night shift staff were not good at all, the the cleaning overlly looks fine but when you go to the details it was not disgusting

My bed was good, the room fairly clean. However, my TV was unplugged, and when I moved the dresser to plug it in there was a bag of chips and an old remote control still behind there. But the bathroom was pretty gross. It was obvious that the tub tiles had not been wiped down in some time. I counted seven hairs, including one long black hair about 8 inches long that was very visible and obviously overlooked. There is no way that shower had been cleaned before my stay. But you get what you pay for. Loved the milkshake in the restaurant.

First impression was not good, front desk guy was not friendly. He did not greet or smile. The floor in the room was laminate no rug. Cold and sticky. Furniture and cabinets were worn and out dated. It did have microwave and fridge which was nice. Maids were great, giving me towels when I asked. Other front desk people were nice. Restaurant available but did not use. Would stay again but know what to expect.

The property passed as a good place to stop and sleep. The restaurant was good for both breakfast and dinner. The parking for us was excellent.

The check in process was extremely long and I had already pre checked in online.

Overall clean, and fine the windows are old thin, and let in noise and drafts though

It has enough t parking space. What I dislike. It looks a motel rather than a hotel. Door needs some oil, door hinges need paint or replacement. Sink is out side of the restroom so you have to hold door nap with dirty hand to get to the sink outside of the restroom.

It’s ok good enough what I need !! No elevator that sucks!!

Didn’t eat there

Room was clean but bed and linens were all worn out. Changing a position was tough as bed and mattress made a-lot noise and you can feel the springs from the mattress. The washrooms were inadequate with low lighting and out of shape shower walls and shower systems.
