Ramada by Wyndham Coquitlam

This is very well maintained property, this was our second visit and its same as last time. Good stay!

The cleaning staff was very nice, and so was security. Front desk staff was not geniuine and indifferent. Room was subpar. AC did not work well, only half the time. Room smelt strongly of cigarettes.

Poor wifi

The property wasn’t clean. Also, there tap leaking, sunk tap was broken. Night lamp wire wasn’t covered properly.

Great value. Hotel staff was very respectful, kind and helpful. The pool was amazing. The housekeeping did a great job tidying up our room as we stayed for 5 nights. The Chinese restaurant (attached to the hotel) served great food, breakfast was inexpensive and delicious. This is our 3rd. time staying at the Ramada and you can’t beat the price. Next time we’ll pay a bit more and get a king bed again. The king rooms are a bit bigger.

The room was worn and not very clean. The laundry room was very dirty.

Another good stay at Ramada. Other than a broken latch on the window in our room, we have no complaints. Looking forward to coming back again.

Staff was very friendly. Close to highway but far enough to not hear it.

Property is out dated.

Our room hadn't been properly cleaned. It was a room fitted for wheel chair access which makes.me think that it hadn't been used for a while. Inside of the bar fridge has stains in it and there is gum stuck to the floor in front of it.

The room was so bad. Was not at all what the pictures showed. We thought it would be nice and clean but when we entered the room it was so smelly. The light outside our room didn't even work. Our room was right in front of the dumpster. The floor inside the room was very sticky. We asked if we can get a different but the receptionist said that they are fully booked and cannot accommodate anything for us. We paid over $500 and were given the worst room ever. I asked the receptionist to at least give us a fan since the second room didn't have any and she asked me to follow the staff guy and he'll show me where the fans are so I can grab it myself. The guy, instead of showing me where they put their extra fans, started showing me that there are heaters in the room I can turn it on with buttons but the heaters in the rooms had no buttons or switches that guests could control from within the room. It was all controlled by the hotel authorities. We had to stay without a fan. I will not be coming back here after this terrible experience. Total waste of money!! The room service only took the garbage away and cleaned the lounge area (which was already clean) and did not clean the rooms. The sheets looked clean but after the first night we stayed there I woke up with irritated skin and pimples all over my face and some parts of my body. I don't think the sheets were cleaned properly. I have never had such a bad experience at any hotels I have stayed at.

Was the best price and you get what you pay for but here is how I found it. Located right off highway so that is convenient but if you need to grab a snack or something you need to drive. Not really anything close by to walk to. Carpet throughout is old and musty however in my room there was nice laminate which was clean and in good condition. There was mildew in the bathroom, tile grout was dirty, and room had a musty smell. Also poor soundproofing. Highway is loud and can really hear people in hall and room next door. Could hear neighbor coughing and alarm going off and when using the shower. Very basic TV channels - bare minimum. Nice coffee machine in lobby for guests to use.

The room was very well distributed, I liked that, I didn't like that there were no rules for living together, the neighbors from other rooms were shouting outside until very late, the place didn't feel safe.

Room 258 had mold in around the windows and water leak stains in the ceiling..and continous noise from the fan on the roof...fn brutal. Shame on the owner!!!!

Wasn't bad but not great

I love it and this is my 3th time in this hotel.. the coffee machine is great and it’s free

I called them to see if I had to book 3 nights instead of 2 and the operator said it was ok to arrive 4-6am on Friday. I got there and the front desk said I had to pay an extra day and a150$ deposit
