1人1部屋の予約のはずが、1人の予約に対して、複数部屋予約されていることが当日宿泊した同僚の連絡で判明、複数部屋が予約されていること自体を知る方法もなく、ホテル側に確認しても予約してサイト Hotels.com 側でしかキャンセルできないから、そちらで確認してくれと言われる。Web委記録上やメールの予約確認以外に予約したこともなく、記録もないため、Hotels.com に電話連絡しても複数予約が判明せず、まったく話が通じない状態に。。。メールをしても返信はなく、デポジットのアカウントに不明な予約分をチャージされることになり、最悪の状況に。 システム上で何か問題が起きたとしか思えないが、Hotels.com は一切反応なく、調査や対応もない。あまりに酷い対応、オンライン予約サイトの落とし穴、利用には十分注意ください。

Expensive and Poor quality Food. A chicken burger and a pint of fizzy drink to the room = £40, Additional cost for Parking beside a Motorway this is not a City Centre, charge non overnight guests if you need to but if your staying overnight you shouldn’t pay to park in this type of location. Despite being early down for Breakfast hot food option was only just slightly warmer than cold. Even the Coffee from the machine was only warm. Fruit juice watered down to nothing etc…

Brilliant experience at the double tree in Dartford, staff were pleasant, hotel is in great condition and was super comfortable, I would definitely book to go again. The afternoon tea was lovely, my family enjoyed and the bar staff serving were very attentive to our needs. The in house restaurant was such pleasure to be in.

Other than having to wait for 45 minutes longer than our check in time our stay was perfect . We were given a complimentary coffee but we were a little disappointed that our room wasn’t ready when we checked in as we were going out early evening.

We went in the hotel room it was we had dirty towels We woke up and decided to go to the spa / swimming place to go and relax their was swimming lesson going on with young children and baby they was scream loads adults in and out didn’t say that on the description when I booked it, I wasn’t very pleased as I’ve already just booked a premier in as book the Hilton Hotel specially for the swimming pool and spa wellness and it wasn’t very good very expensive for one night very loud

Good location Expensive but based on location £19 for breakfast is steep if you only want a continental option, hence didn’t partake

Great hotel for over night stay before we headed to Dover ferry port the next morning.

Second time staying at the hotel due to the customer service, location and the room size suitable to family of four. The receptionist that welcome us had great customer service and the kids wanted to give him a 10 star. The breakfast staffs were lovely but breakfast itself was basic and no variety no option for vegetarians either. Coffee machines need to be replenished at all times as on 2 separate days chocolate powder ran out and only had 2 options for juices and they run out pretty fast so shouldn’t be the case because it’s a busy peak period so need to have stuck available but was told they are waiting for delivery. Restaurant Menu was also basic and pricy so wasn’t able to eat in the hotel just ordering takeaway daily. Swimming pool doesn’t get cleaned regularly because there were same items/particles in the water for 2 days straight.

Lovely big room staff are very nice What I don’t like is that it is not a modern building and the swimming pool looked old and the floor in the swimming pool was sore on your feet didn’t have many options on the menu for food as I would like a better food options and food is a bit overpriced especially with 12.5% service charge which in my opinion should be got rid of Thanks for the stay

Large spacious homely rooms,just a few bits,showing how tired the building is with couple of squeaky door hinges leading to the bathroom and the separate cloakroom.It was brilliant to find an iron and an ironing board for self service,which was very handy.Overall a lovely homely stay!

Lovely hotel, nice clean rooms, friendly service and nice menu!

Overall the stay was ok. Checkin Staff member needs additional training - he mumbled words when asked question about going for a swim. He didn't charge me for parking when he asked me to enter my car. Good thing I asked about it at checkout otherwise I would have received a fine. Swimming pool was too busy to use, Gym equipment is very dated but functional.

Stayed here for one night and had a lovely stay! Really spacious room and really quiet despite being right next to the lifts. Great breakfast with lots of choice.

Spa facilities dirty . Farces on wall of changing room. Jacuzzi and sauna dirty n grimy. Bed room 419 barely slept as so uncomfortable. 2 towelsintoomdespite booking 4 people . Breakfast n staff was lovely Would not recommend or stay again
