窓（ベランダ）からの景色が最高。ナイアガラの滝を一望出来て、夜は花火と滝のライトアップで至福の時を過ごした。 部屋も広く綺麗でしたが、浴槽がなくシャワーでしたが、不足はなく十分でした。ただシャワールームのガラス戸のパッキンが消耗していて隙間から洗面所に水が流れ出て洪水状態だったのが残念でした。

ロケーションはとてもよかったです 朝食のビッフェも美味しかったし、レストランからの眺めも素晴らしかった。ホテルは予約していた部屋とは違うタイプの部屋でむしろグレードがダウンしていた。 コンシェルジュに空港までのタクシーの予約をお願いしたいといったら、 自分でかけて！と電話を渡された ロケーションのいいホテルなのに サービスが残念でした

部屋から降りたらスタバ、ホテルを出たらすぐに遊びた観光の中心。とても便利でした。

アップグレードしていただいた19階の部屋からはカナダ滝、アメリカ滝はもちろん、レインボーブリッジやアメリカ側を一望！朝日が上るところから夜のライトアップまで完璧に楽しめました。どこに行くにも便利。ナイアガラシティクルーズで濡れてしまった後も直ぐに着替えに戻ることもできました。まわりの物価が高い中、13階の眺めの良いビュッフェレストランでの朝ごはんはコスパも高く良心的だと思いました。

スタッフの対応が酷い 基本的なマナーが悪い。ドアのキーが壊れて1時間も部屋に入れず非常に困ったが、ホテル側から一切の謝罪もなく、受付スタッフは全員は他人事で、シフトの終わり時間が来たら皆さん家に帰って別の人に変わっていた。お客を廊下に待たせておきながら良く家に帰れますね。

We didn’t know about checking in with the email from the hotel. It had to be done the day before. But I didn’t notice the email, which made us so uneasy. This time through Expedia we were able to reconfirm. Other than that, the stay was wonderful. Especially the view was awesome.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff from front desk to the bell hop and valet. Latter two were excellent. Yes, 70$ for valet is pricey but the service was in effect until 400 pm day of checkout, which is good, and the crew knew their job and were happy to answer any questions.

The Fallsview Sheraton was a great hotel/resort. You can't beat the location, the view of the falls from the room was exquisite, there are many food and entertainment options in the resort, 2 pools and direct access to the Fallsview Indoor Waterpark. I traveled with my family (5 people in all) and stayed in a standard double queen - the room was a little small, but we weren't in there except to sleep. The beds were very comfortable, but the pillows were flat. The room was clean, well maintained and had a coffee maker (not the best coffee or fixings) and decent mini-fridge. The staff was great - everyone we encountered was very nice and engaging, and also accommodating and knowledgeable. The resort is BIG - expect a lot of walking, especially if you park in the garage. This was perhaps the biggest negative. It took 10-15 mins to walk to and from our car (and in high traffic times even more) with most of the delay waiting for elevators, but there was also a ton of walking. However, if you're in Niagara Falls, you expect the walking. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Nice hotel! Perfect location!

Loved the location and the views of the American falls were phenomenal. Check in was easy and the check in agent was very helpful. The hotel could do better with general cleanliness. Hallways were littered. We found a bunch of long hair in the toilet when we first entered the room after check in (not a great look when you're just checking into your room for the first time). Some finishes need updated. Also, the air conditioniner was so loud it disrupted our sleep each time it went on automatically.

Rooms furniture walls & linens were stained

Roof top pool was amazing. Our view was gorgeous from our room. This is the only hotel I stay at when I travel to Niagara Falls.

Neat and clean

The bathtub was clogged the whole Time we were there. Water would Not go down. Parking and breakfast was expensive. Waterpark attached to the property wasnt that great and a rip off. Great wolf lodge is way better.

Very clean and comfortable with great views

Sheraton hotel was very comfortable and clean with amazing views of the Niagara Falls. Food at the buffet and restaurant was outstanding. Service was not the best. We had to wait for valet and bus service for so long. Even though they claim its valet we were still parking at the ground floor ourself unless you have 1 hour prior to going in and out. Same with luggage. Front desk not super helpful with assisting with anything really. Overall was okay
