窓（ベランダ）からの景色が最高。ナイアガラの滝を一望出来て、夜は花火と滝のライトアップで至福の時を過ごした。 部屋も広く綺麗でしたが、浴槽がなくシャワーでしたが、不足はなく十分でした。ただシャワールームのガラス戸のパッキンが消耗していて隙間から洗面所に水が流れ出て洪水状態だったのが残念でした。

ロケーションはとてもよかったです 朝食のビッフェも美味しかったし、レストランからの眺めも素晴らしかった。ホテルは予約していた部屋とは違うタイプの部屋でむしろグレードがダウンしていた。 コンシェルジュに空港までのタクシーの予約をお願いしたいといったら、 自分でかけて！と電話を渡された ロケーションのいいホテルなのに サービスが残念でした

部屋から降りたらスタバ、ホテルを出たらすぐに遊びた観光の中心。とても便利でした。

アップグレードしていただいた19階の部屋からはカナダ滝、アメリカ滝はもちろん、レインボーブリッジやアメリカ側を一望！朝日が上るところから夜のライトアップまで完璧に楽しめました。どこに行くにも便利。ナイアガラシティクルーズで濡れてしまった後も直ぐに着替えに戻ることもできました。まわりの物価が高い中、13階の眺めの良いビュッフェレストランでの朝ごはんはコスパも高く良心的だと思いました。

スタッフの対応が酷い 基本的なマナーが悪い。ドアのキーが壊れて1時間も部屋に入れず非常に困ったが、ホテル側から一切の謝罪もなく、受付スタッフは全員は他人事で、シフトの終わり時間が来たら皆さん家に帰って別の人に変わっていた。お客を廊下に待たせておきながら良く家に帰れますね。

We didn’t know about checking in with the email from the hotel. It had to be done the day before. But I didn’t notice the email, which made us so uneasy. This time through Expedia we were able to reconfirm. Other than that, the stay was wonderful. Especially the view was awesome.

Had issues with room regarding maintenance and housekeeping Also had issues with billing spoke to 3 different people and tjey all gave us a different set of information.

Everything was amazing. 2nd time staying here and its the best location for family. The service was great as well, very accommodating staff.

The room was clean and it was kept clean during our stay. The housekeepers do a great job! Guest services seemed very professional. The hotel was kept warm and cozy. Personally, it was too hot for me but it’s really cold outside, so I can appreciate why it’s warm inside the hotel. Warning: Don’t go on the weekend unless you like crowds. You will be squeezing into elevators like sardines. However, your experience will be very different if you go during the weekdays. The hotel is calm, quiet and peaceful and not crowded at all during the weekdays. There are lots of amenities nearby for a couple and for an entire family. (Game room, casino, spa, rides, stores, games, restaurants, water park, etc)

Disappointing Birthday Stay – Did Not Receive Room Type Reserved ​Rating: 2/5 Stars ​I have stayed at the Sheraton Niagara Falls twice before with no issues, but unfortunately, our most recent stay for a triple celebration (Family Day and two birthdays) was a major letdown. ​The Issues: ​Room Discrepancy: I booked and paid for a Full Fallsview room with a King bed and sofa bed. Despite calling three times, I was told at 10 PM that they didn’t have the room available. I ended up in a room with a partial view and no sofa bed. ​Noise & Maintenance: The elevators were under-serviced/broken, leading to long wait times. Furthermore, we were woken up early in the morning by neighbors fighting, as the walls provided little soundproofing. ​Service Recovery: While the staff was polite and offered macarons for the birthday, the only financial compensation offered was a $50 parking discount. This does not make up for the price difference of the premium room I actually paid for. ​Pros: ​Excellent location and walking distance to Starbucks and local restaurants. ​Convenient access to the Fallsview Indoor Waterpark. ​Final Verdict: The location is great, but the service and room management didn't match the premium price point. If you book here, double-check your room assignment immediately upon arrival. I’m disappointed that my family’s special occasion was dampened by these avoidable issues. ​Disappointed.

Great stay, checking was extremely fast and flawless. No issues. Overall hotel was clean and well maintained. Rooms were spacious with a great few of the falls.

Beautiful falls view room. Property was in a great location, convenient to major attractions. Elevator service was not great which was a big annoyance and many of the necessities in the room such as tissues and handsoap were out. Other than that it was a wonderful stay
