北コッツウォルズの起点となる街！ 藁ぶき屋根も残る地域あり、静かな可愛い町！ ホテルのスタッフは親切で、大変良い。 スパまで行く中庭がきれい！ 屋内プールあり、でも予約制。 朝食のレストランの雰囲気、内容良い！ ただお部屋の中で、バスルームに行くとき階段が３段あっバスタブに手すりがなかったり所があった！

チッピングカムデンの田舎で、まあまあ良いホテルだと思った。

食事、スタッフ、部屋全てに満足した滞在でした

部屋が可愛くて清潔感がある。アメニティが充実している。

とても便利な場所にあり、綺麗なホテルでした。おすすめです。スタッフもとても親切でした。

3人で宿泊、1,2Fあり広かった。スパがあるが水着も暇もなく、使えなかった。通常の日本からの客はスパは不要かも。暖炉がありマキもマッチも用意されているが、季節柄使えなかった。中は　豪華であるが、日本のコンセントが使えないため（1か所だけ、髭剃りなどを使えるところがあったが）、カメラ、スマホ、タブレットの3人分の充電をするには、イギリス用の電源アダプタが必須。食事はホテルのパブのようなところがあった。チッピングカムデンは古い町並み。初めての人には、外で食事するには、情報が必要。広い庭があり、花も咲いていて、少し散歩できる。

英国の観光地コッツォルズ　チッピングカムデンの中心地のホテルとのことで、落ち着かないホテルかと思い行きましたが、落ち着いたホテルで感激しました。　今回コテージ２泊でしたが何泊でも続けたい気分になるホテルです。

I enjoyed staying in the manor cottage house of this hotel with my mom and my brother. The cottage was not so big but cozy and warm, the garden on the back was pretty with friendly cat, and the breakfast included was incredible. The staffs were great. But be careful when you go to the hotel, there is one more hotel named very similar in Chipping Norton, it's "Cotswolds Hotel and Spa". It's totally different hotel so be careful not to go there!

大きなサムソナイトを3階まで（しかも急な螺旋階段）持ち上げるのは、本当に大変な作業でした。 ホテルの周辺には何もなく、併設のパブで食べるしかないのですが、味は可もなく不可もなくです。 駐車場は建物の裏側なので、ガーデニングされた美しい内庭からショートカットで移動出来ます。 部屋から眺める景色はよかったです。

素敵な古い街にあるけど部屋やレストランなどはきれいに整えられている。 庭園もきれいに手入れされていて気持ちの安らぎを得られる。

凝ったライティングのバスルームでしたが、ライトパネルがうまく作動しませんでした。部屋にチェックインしたら確認を。ホテル内数か所に暖炉があって天気が悪くても楽しめました。

8月2日から3部屋6名にて2泊しました。ホテルは街の中心に位置し、周囲には雰囲気の良さそうなレストランもいくつかあります。教会や銀製品の有名なお店も徒歩圏内です。ホテルの受付はフレンドリーでアットホームな感じでした。部屋は一部屋一部屋内装や丁度が異なり、私たちは同じフロアで3部屋に別れて滞在しましたが、それぞれに異なる雰囲気を楽しむことができました。建物や内部は、古いですが歴史が感じられ、屋根裏部屋的なお風呂のある部屋にも泊まれ大満足でした。床はミシミシ言いますが、これも雰囲気のうちかと思います。ちなみにエアコンも完備しています。1階にはレンストランがあり、遅い時間に軽い食事と宿泊期間中に2度朝食をいただきました。朝食は伝統的なイギリス式の朝食メニューで、ベーコンやソーセージも美味しかったです。ベジタリアン向けの朝食もあり、大豆（？）を原料にした模擬ソーセージを頂きましたが、こちらも美味しかったです。レストランのスタッフの方も丁寧でとても感じがよかったです。

庭が綺麗で英国庭園を満喫できました。今回はロンドンからの日帰りツアーを利用、帰りのロンドンに戻るバスをキャンセルし、そのままここに宿泊しました。

Cleaning staff excellent Bar staff excellent Front desk not good at all We were treated poorly as there was a wedding and got all the attention No A/C and temp was 90 degrees. Just got very small fan.

Good location. Room clean with air conditioning and a table fan ( very much appreciated in the present heatwave !) Breakfast was delicious, menu style with buffet options available. Staff friendly and helpful. There are many dining options in the town centre.

Nice hotel in amazing Central location in fabulous Chipping Campden. Staff just could not cope with the numbers at breakfast despite being asked to check in at a specific time

Beautiful location. Hotel felt past its prime, certainly for the price. I think you would get better deal booking direct with hotel as i had to pay extra to use the spa and breakfast, which not made clear until we were sat down for breakfast. Would be unlikely to retirn

We paid £160 for a Friday night stay in March, even after a discount, so this was not a cheap booking. We chose Cotswold House Hotel & Spa specifically because it is marketed as a spa hotel. However, when we tried to use the spa, we were told it was fully booked. At no point during booking via Hotels.com, or in any communication, were we told that spa access requires advance reservation, is subject to availability, or incurs an extra charge. The only reference was to booking treatments. I reviewed all correspondence, including with reception, and this information simply was not provided. This feels like a clear misrepresentation. The response at reception was also poor, dismissive, and offered no real solution beyond “maybe” checking later, with no guarantee and no lounger access. The room itself was also disappointing for the price: very small, uncomfortably hot, tiny shower, peeling paint, and we had to prop the window open for ventilation. To make matters worse, the hotel blamed Hotels.com/Expedia for both communication and refunds, while Hotels.com said they couldn’t get through to the hotel, leaving us stuck in the middle. Overall, a frustrating experience and not what you expect from a hotel positioned as a premium spa stay.
