Staff make the place .. it’s an older property which needs some upkeep. Hot tub was blocked off (for maintenance ?) and Heater in room was very loud. Check in / check out staff were awesome as was the person working breakfast room. I would stay again

Dated, could use a lift but the staff and amenities made up for it.

Construction going on that made things a bit difficult to maneuver but room was nice, breakfast good.

The room was clean. The breakfast was good. There is a restaurant on site. Building is under construction. Free onsite parking is convenient.

Too much noise from various kid's teams running through the hallways & an idiot family across the hallway knocking on doors and slamming doors in the late evening. We'll never stay there again, management were idiots, there was no wake up call either, that we had requested.

Easy in and out of the highway. Quick access from parking lot direct to room on ground floor. Free breakfast. Free parking.

For a handicap person might stay at your facility was unacceptable. As for a handicap person and a power chair your doors were unsuitable for any handicap person to get in anybody in a regular wheelchair. Can’t even get into your room. Every door we went through was too small and your rooms were too expensive.

Apart from parking lot fencing and some sort of construction going on, it was fine for one night. Smell of chlorine from the pool hit as soon as the lobby door opened. Thankful my room was far away from the pool.

Good location close to QEW for getting to other places.Breakfst buffet was fine.Both hot and cold choices.Very friendly staff.Bathrooms could use a little work but still clean.Beds comfortable. Good value for the price.Lots of restaurants in walking distance.

Yes the breakfast was the best thing about staying at the Best Western in St. Catharines. We were there for 4 nights and not enough towels were supplied. Only 1 towel per person. The carpet was filthy and I could smell the dirt. The bathtub filled up when taking a shower. The drain was glued in. What a mess.

The breakfast was delicious, lots of choices. Allen was fantastic at check in. Gave us a quieter area as we were there for a death in the family. The lady was polite when we tried to check out early, but couldn’t offer a refund as I booked third party. It was very loud until late at night due to a sports tournament, although I am not sure that anything else could have been done about that. Good overall. Will stay again.

Always a good stay at this hotel

Overall stay was great, A pipe burst and construction had to be done to fix it, I was woken up early due to the construction without being told but calling the front desk they resolved quickly and moved me to another room right away, which I appreciated however the new room had bed bugs, shocked as it was the executive suites, I am now covered in bites all over my arms, ears and back. Although the staff was great I would have like not to be bit by bugs.
