Booked the night for my son and his friends to save commuter time for work. Staff was very helpful getting them checked in and out, they got great use of the amenities.

Staff were friendly and helpful. They always had a smile for you. I really appreciated that the front desk lady switched our room to an inner room that faced the courtyard instead of the road. It helped with having a way to entertain my young child in a safe environment. Sad the outdoor pool was closed. My husband appreciated that there is a full gym available for guests. I had looked forward to the aquafit class but the instructor was on holidays. The remote to the tv didn’t work and staff replaced it quickly. Which was nice. It was nice to see that the food for the complimentary breakfast was rotated daily. There was a girl training in the restaurant during breakfast. I don’t know if it was that she was training or just her personality but she was great. Really on the ball about making sure the food was topped up and that plates were cleared in a timely manner. It was noticeable when she wasn’t working. Some negatives are the lack of overhead lighting in the room. The bathroom light switch was outside of the bathroom. The door to the bathroom was a real pain as you had little room to scoot around it to get in to the bathroom.

Older BW hotel so definitely not worth the $320/night I payed.

Generally clean room. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is alright. The issue is that the rooms are very dated. Or at least the one that we got. Wallpaper is bubbling up and peeling at corners. I know some rooms have been fixed already, but we got the older one.

It was fine. Comfortable. Very expensive for what it was (long weekend) But it was clean enough and had a pool, small arcade, and complimentary breakfast which was a plus. Some areas looked a little worn and in need of a little TLC. Our room was indoor “pool view” which was awful. It was our fault for not double checking or making a moving request, but our child had a game the next day and needed sleep but pool was wild and noisy until just after 10 making it impossible to sleep until then, and then the pool opened again at 6am making it noisy again. So if you can avoid these rooms, I would. Staff was lovely though. Would in return? Probably not unless it was cheaper or I was in a jam.

Staff make the place .. it’s an older property which needs some upkeep. Hot tub was blocked off (for maintenance ?) and Heater in room was very loud. Check in / check out staff were awesome as was the person working breakfast room. I would stay again

Dated, could use a lift but the staff and amenities made up for it.

Construction going on that made things a bit difficult to maneuver but room was nice, breakfast good.

The room was clean. The breakfast was good. There is a restaurant on site. Building is under construction. Free onsite parking is convenient.

Too much noise from various kid's teams running through the hallways & an idiot family across the hallway knocking on doors and slamming doors in the late evening. We'll never stay there again, management were idiots, there was no wake up call either, that we had requested.

Easy in and out of the highway. Quick access from parking lot direct to room on ground floor. Free breakfast. Free parking.

For a handicap person might stay at your facility was unacceptable. As for a handicap person and a power chair your doors were unsuitable for any handicap person to get in anybody in a regular wheelchair. Can’t even get into your room. Every door we went through was too small and your rooms were too expensive.

The breakfast was excellent!
