街の中心地にあってとても便利でした。 ホテル全体が可愛らしくて、部屋は広くて、 部屋のすぐ外にはソファーでくつろげる素敵な共用スペースもあり良かったです。 一つだけ、シャワーから何故かお湯が出なくてバスタブにお湯を溜めてその中で身体を洗わないといけなかったのと、頭は洗面台で洗わないといけなくなったのが大変でした。 それ以外はスタッフの方も親切で、とても居心地が良かったです。シャワーが壊れていてもまた泊まってもいいかなと思いました。

The location is very good. Near the station and the cathedral. Also, many shops and restaurants there.

古いホテルを見事に改装して近代的な宿にしています。居心地は良い方です。ただし、直接車で着けないので車で行く場合は、要注意です。

欠点は1つだけ、建物が古いので周りや上の部屋の物音が伝わることです。 あとは、場所・環境・レストラン・スタッフ・清掃全て良かったです。

早めに到着したにも関わらず、すぐに部屋を準備してもらえて助かりました。部屋は広々としていて清潔です。 あと、バス・トイレにある洗濯物を乾かすバー(内側に熱湯が流れていて高温になっている)が、複数日滞在に便利です。

ホテルの駐車場が未舗装で、大きな凸凹があるため雨で深い水溜りになっていたこと。ホテルとは関係ないが、隣のクルマに擦られて傷がついていたことが、問題でした。他は全て良かった。料理も美味しい。

駅から徒歩8分位です。4星のホテルとしては価格が高い、同じ4星のビクトリアパークホテルと価格が同じでやや劣る。部屋にはミニバーも無以外、バスタブがあり1週間ぶりのお風呂で感激、3回入りました。朝食はブュッフェでは無く！個別で対応です。正に英国英語です、分からなければ！何度でも聞き直して下さい。

ロケーションは最高。朝食も美味しい。日本人旅行客も結構いて安心感もある。部屋は広くスタッフの対応も素晴らしい。

The staff were superb, courteous, efficient and made us very welcome. The location is great, our room was a bit tired, threadbare carpet and tiny bathroom. But it was quiet, and spotless.

The room that I was allocated overlooked roadworks. The noise of drilling & construction was dreadful until early evening and started again early in the morning. They can’t help the roadworks but they should not allocate a 1st floor room directly next to the site!

I didn’t like the money that I paid for parking. Parking available was one of my criteria for choosing this hotel, but never had in my mind to pay 25 pounds for parking . Its a lot of money for parking.. Plus, the hotel not advertised for clients this to known. I checked in their website and it is not a word for parking payment. Very disappointing for a four star hotel !

Our room was nice, but really needs a bit of a makeover, especially the bathroom, the shower screen is full of limescale and mould, the same around the bath, window-seal has paint flaked off. Mattress is very soft, I had back ache half way through the night and the pillows are also very soft. The pillows were very stained and only 3 of the pillows had cases on. The nets on the window were ripped in a few places aswell. The hotel is in a fantastic position, breakfast was lovely, car park was full but the castle street car park is a 5 min walk and so much cheaper, only cost £15 from 2pm until 11am
