街の中心地にあってとても便利でした。 ホテル全体が可愛らしくて、部屋は広くて、 部屋のすぐ外にはソファーでくつろげる素敵な共用スペースもあり良かったです。 一つだけ、シャワーから何故かお湯が出なくてバスタブにお湯を溜めてその中で身体を洗わないといけなかったのと、頭は洗面台で洗わないといけなくなったのが大変でした。 それ以外はスタッフの方も親切で、とても居心地が良かったです。シャワーが壊れていてもまた泊まってもいいかなと思いました。

The location is very good. Near the station and the cathedral. Also, many shops and restaurants there.

古いホテルを見事に改装して近代的な宿にしています。居心地は良い方です。ただし、直接車で着けないので車で行く場合は、要注意です。

欠点は1つだけ、建物が古いので周りや上の部屋の物音が伝わることです。 あとは、場所・環境・レストラン・スタッフ・清掃全て良かったです。

早めに到着したにも関わらず、すぐに部屋を準備してもらえて助かりました。部屋は広々としていて清潔です。 あと、バス・トイレにある洗濯物を乾かすバー(内側に熱湯が流れていて高温になっている)が、複数日滞在に便利です。

ホテルの駐車場が未舗装で、大きな凸凹があるため雨で深い水溜りになっていたこと。ホテルとは関係ないが、隣のクルマに擦られて傷がついていたことが、問題でした。他は全て良かった。料理も美味しい。

駅から徒歩8分位です。4星のホテルとしては価格が高い、同じ4星のビクトリアパークホテルと価格が同じでやや劣る。部屋にはミニバーも無以外、バスタブがあり1週間ぶりのお風呂で感激、3回入りました。朝食はブュッフェでは無く！個別で対応です。正に英国英語です、分からなければ！何度でも聞き直して下さい。

ロケーションは最高。朝食も美味しい。日本人旅行客も結構いて安心感もある。部屋は広くスタッフの対応も素晴らしい。

カンタベリーの中心部にあり、周囲はショッピングや食事に最高に便利。それでいて駐車場も完備されている。レストランもとても良い。

I was under the impression this was an Enviable double room as per your images. But judging from the photos this is nothing like an enviable double room. I’ve even taken a recording to show how much smaller it is

Well situated hotel; reasonable price. Staff v helpful and friendly. Really good breakfast (we went for a la carte). Furnishings / decor a little run down but clean and overall a really nice hotel.

Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Had to wait a while for breakfast but there was a lovely young man who couldn’t do enough for you. Shame I didn’t get his name but he was excellent. We had a lovely few days.

The stay was great, bedding comfortable, breakfast tasty. What was a really nice touch is the person at reception remembering my name. I'm not sure if that's part of the role, or my pink cat hoodie made me difficult to forget. The only negative is that the TV didn't have chromecast built in, so I couldn't watch youtube/netflix/prime/etc
