街の中心地にあってとても便利でした。 ホテル全体が可愛らしくて、部屋は広くて、 部屋のすぐ外にはソファーでくつろげる素敵な共用スペースもあり良かったです。 一つだけ、シャワーから何故かお湯が出なくてバスタブにお湯を溜めてその中で身体を洗わないといけなかったのと、頭は洗面台で洗わないといけなくなったのが大変でした。 それ以外はスタッフの方も親切で、とても居心地が良かったです。シャワーが壊れていてもまた泊まってもいいかなと思いました。

The location is very good. Near the station and the cathedral. Also, many shops and restaurants there.

古いホテルを見事に改装して近代的な宿にしています。居心地は良い方です。ただし、直接車で着けないので車で行く場合は、要注意です。

欠点は1つだけ、建物が古いので周りや上の部屋の物音が伝わることです。 あとは、場所・環境・レストラン・スタッフ・清掃全て良かったです。

早めに到着したにも関わらず、すぐに部屋を準備してもらえて助かりました。部屋は広々としていて清潔です。 あと、バス・トイレにある洗濯物を乾かすバー(内側に熱湯が流れていて高温になっている)が、複数日滞在に便利です。

The hotel was nice but was just disappointed with the room, the toilet seat was broken as was a shower control. Using the shower and toilet would have been fine if I was 5 foot high and they were both positioned close to the sloping ceiling. We were there just for a night as we were attending an event so had minimal time to raise our concerns at reception. However, our stay was during the hot evening spell and the air conditioning was a life saver. Overall just felt the room was over priced

Nice room but bit noisy looking on high street with vehicles and drunks playing music opposite for a while - as no double glazing / sound proofing. Air conditioning unit leaked water onto table and wet belongings but managed to dry out overnight. Breakfast was okay but continental and not much choice and no ham / cheese / pastries as would be expected. Extra charge for cooked English breakfast / Eggs Royale etc at £10 was too much - we were only charged extra £3 for this at a 5 star hotel we stayed at after this…. Parking at £25 per night is way too expensive and used castle street parking for only £29 fo 2 days there.

Great location in the heart of the city. Lovely clean room with air conditioning which was a pleas given the heat in June!

Im going to start with the positive note then get to the other stuff. It is bang in the middle of the town (so not much parking) everything is walking distance and in that regard it was good a few mins from the cathedral and plenty of places to eat. Now the rest. After a 3 hour drive in the heat we got there absolutely shattered and all i wanted was to get to the bar and have a cold drink, oh no no. What I wasn't told was the car park they have was tiny, also bare in mind i had even called them before hand and asked about the parking all they said was its first come first served (i didn"t realise what that meant until I saw the parking), a tiny car park in a small alley which cars can barley get into (fyi the parking was £50 for 2 nights). I waited at the gate for 20mins as the receptionist was on his own and didn't get a chance to let me in. We get to the reception and checked in, the staff didn't seem to be bothered or apologetic about me waiting. We got to the room (average at best) and fyi we paid 150 a night. The sink hadn't been cleaned as I could see water marks for glasses, the sink got blocked on the second night and they have no maintenance service at night, oh also they don't have fridges in the room ( for £150 a night lol). At check out we weren't even asked about our stay or visit. Disappointed- Not worth it at all, other places ive paid a lot less for a lot more. Avoid this !!!! Please don't waste your money. I blooming did. 😒

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The hotel is very well located, with everything in Canterbury within easy walking distance. The rooms and some of the public areas are starting to feel a little dated, but if you can get a good deal on the price, it’s definitely worth considering. The breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a good hotel in a great location, especially if you can book it at the right price.

Staff are very friendly and accomodating. Room was clean and confortable. Location was perfect for shopping, meal out and theatre.

No water at all one morning, told to wait until 9.00-10.00 for maintenance, interfered with our plans , no apologies

Great hotel in a perfectl city centre location . Dont choose the breakfast option as an extra not worth the money

Right in the centre, it was convenient but it was very loud - a pub and car park right outside the window.

Excellent location, clean rooms

Location is great. Parking very difficult when available, in 3 days parking was available on first day only and access is difficult. Parking at the castle street parking was easier. Breakfast was very limited.

We really enjoyed our stay at Abode Canterbury. It is in an excellent location, right in the center of the old town, just across from the Cathedral. My room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is that the "included" breakfast was just dry cereal and fruit plus toast, oatmeal or a croissant. All carbs. It would have been nice to have had yogurt or something that offered a little protein. Otherwise it is a really nice place to stay.

Nice room, clean and spacious for a single traveler or a couple. All clean and stay included continental breakfast. Staff was attentive :)
