Centrally located hotel with a nice bar which had live jazz music on Friday afternoons. The rooms seem fairly new in their decor and there was a nice comfortable bed. We were given the option of taking an accessible room as we booked very last minute and it was incredibly spacious and we didn't hear any noise. We didn't eat in the hotel.

Great city centre location. Lovely rooms, service and food (breakfast). The only drawback to the location being that it was very noisy at night - parties 2 doors down until 3am. But, no fault of the hotel. However, I would recommend the hotel otherwise.

Amazing hotel, staff couldn’t be anymore friendly or helpful. Their restaurant serves incredible food, perfect stay for my daughter’s graduation highly recommended

Our room (202) was unfortunately very poor. We checked in very late and so didn't really feel like we could complain as it was too late but the room had a number of issues. It was an accessible room which meant a wet room rather than a proper shower, but that shower was so low you couldn't actually use it unless you sat in the chair. The bathroom also smelt very bad. The room is next to the loft shaft which is very noisy and kept us up all night. Breakfast service was poor and we waited so long to even order we went down the street to Cote.
The hotel is well located and yes, parking is an issue, but it's a short walk to one of the many public care parks.

Went to the abode for our first wedding anniversary. On check in, the guest in front of my wife received a much warmer welcome- they were also here for an anniversary. The woman on reception was less friendly to my wife- despite the hotel also knowing this was our anniversary weekend (added to booking).
The hotel room was cosy, but the bath didn’t work as some numpty had installed the taps too close to the wall and the previous guests hair was on the bathroom floor !

Only problem was the double bed was two singles together and kept slipping down the middle!! Which made an uncomfortable nights sleep

Location is in the heart of Canterbury so great location, walking distance for all attractions.
Parking is hard and difficult we were lucky to get parking on site which is limited, but if that was not the case the parking is a good walk away. Which can be horrible if raining. It was very noisy in the hotel while we stayed sounded like the rooms above were moving all the furniture around. Because the flooring was polished wood no rugs or any other covering was noisy. We only stayed one night and did not have breakfast.

Perfect position, nice and tidy. Personally i wouldn't bother with the breakfast. No buffet, all made to order and quite slow service (maybe just unlucky). So close to many other dining options

Abode is in the middle of the high street, yet no noise was heard in my room. Canterbury is easily explored on foot. There is parking, but I came by train, and the west station is a 10 minute walk.

Room 125, constant noise of a door slamming throughout the night, the noise appeared to be coming from a staff / service area, the bed was unlevel and like a blancmange, certainly won't be going back.
