フロントスタッフは親切で対応が早い。部屋も広くて良いがバス、コーヒーカップの掃除がされてなかった。初日には、バスのキャップが壊れていてお湯が溜められなかった。部屋にリーフレットがなく、エアコンの使い方が分からなかったなど、四つ星ホテルとは評価しがたいと思った。

部屋のバルコニーから見える朝日がとても綺麗。バス停がすぐ前にありゴゾ島やバレッタに行くのに便利でした。ホテルから少し離れたバス停で降り、海沿いをウォーキングするのが心地良かった。周辺にはスーパーが何軒かあり良い立地でした。また、ホテルの朝食も美味しかったです。

The hotel lactation is good and my room is front of sea. I can see sunrise from sea. But the information of inside and outside of hotel is very poor.

Great ocean view from room, comfortable stay, delicious food at a terrace restaurant and convenient location by bus. I would never forget this wonderful birthday stay. I will be back. Thanks for providing a good service.

We had an amazing stay at The Preluna and the staff made it even better. The room was quite large and had two bedrooms and two bathrooms with an ocean view on level 9. The room was nicely appointed with a small fridge, microwave and kitchen sink. The outdoor pool was closed when we visited due to being off season but the indoor pool and jacuzzi were great along with the sauna and steam room. We had bed and breakfast and the buffet was great and has everything you’d want to start your day including a station to make fresh omelettes or eggs your way. Be wary if hiring a car and using the hotel car park, it is limited in number of spots but very difficult to get into and down multiple levels to the car park with a very narrow and tight one way lane to the bottom - if a car is coming in opposite direction, good luck. We had to check out a day early due to a flight change out of our control and the team were very accommodating and assisted with refunding the night even though we were on a non refundable stay - very nice of them and we very much appreciated that. The team were also fantastic with our 3 year old daughter always taking the team to talk and interact with her too. Thanks Julian and team for a great stay we would definitely stay here again!

My room rate was to include a free bottle of wine as a GOLD member but none was provided. It is disappointing to be offered something but then not have it provided when checking in.

Excelente ubicación. Todo muy bien pero lamentablemente la alberca no estaba abierta (no la abren entre Noviembre y Abril). Además de eso, el aire acondicionado tampoco está disponible y solo te dicen que abras las ventanas.

Good location, old style hotel but very clean. Didn't get to try breakfast as the queue was too long for the time we had but overall a good stay

Trotz der Größe des Hotels vermittelt es eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Sie ist unter anderem den zahlreichen kleinen Nieschen im Erdgeschossbereich zu verdanken . Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist ideal , direkt an der Promenade gelegen und den Hafen erreicht man in ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß .

It’s overall good, nothing notable

La chambre que nous avions réservée était très grande, très jolie et la vue sur la mer était magnifique. La propreté et le service étaient également corrects. Malheureusement, le reste de l’expérience a été plutôt décevant. La vue mer donne aussi directement sur la route, ce qui n’était pas très clair au moment de la réservation. Le trafic est assez intense et les klaxons sont très fréquents, surtout le matin, ce qui rend les réveils assez bruyants. De plus, toute la zone semble actuellement en travaux, avec beaucoup de circulation et de nuisances sonores. Il y avait également des travaux en cours dans l’hôtel lui-même. Une grue se trouvait juste en face de notre chambre au septième étage, avec des ouvriers très proches des fenêtres. Cela peut être assez gênant, notamment en termes d’intimité. C’est dommage car la chambre en elle-même est vraiment belle, mais ces éléments ont clairement impacté le confort du séjour. Il aurait été appréciable d’être informés à l’avance des travaux en cours.
