良かったです。

フロントスタッフは親切で対応が早い。部屋も広くて良いがバス、コーヒーカップの掃除がされてなかった。初日には、バスのキャップが壊れていてお湯が溜められなかった。部屋にリーフレットがなく、エアコンの使い方が分からなかったなど、四つ星ホテルとは評価しがたいと思った。

部屋のバルコニーから見える朝日がとても綺麗。バス停がすぐ前にありゴゾ島やバレッタに行くのに便利でした。ホテルから少し離れたバス停で降り、海沿いをウォーキングするのが心地良かった。周辺にはスーパーが何軒かあり良い立地でした。また、ホテルの朝食も美味しかったです。

The hotel lactation is good and my room is front of sea. I can see sunrise from sea. But the information of inside and outside of hotel is very poor.

Great ocean view from room, comfortable stay, delicious food at a terrace restaurant and convenient location by bus. I would never forget this wonderful birthday stay. I will be back. Thanks for providing a good service.

We stayed in a sea view suite, plenty of space and fantastic views of the Grand Harbour entrance. The shower was excellent and the room cleaning was done to a great standard. Breakfast was well organised with plenty of choices of food. The bar area was always popular in the evening and live entertainment was available on some evenings. The spa was a great bonus although the steam room and jacuzzi were not as warm as I would have liked. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The staff at the Preluna were excellent, especially Aslam at the front desk. Luckily I saw him on the sidewalk as I was limping to the hotel as I had sprained my ankle and he ran to get me a wheelchair and made sure I had ice. The hotel was incredibly clean. Was noisy during the day with renovations setting off the alarm in my room three times but that won’t last.

The hotel is right on the water in a beautiful area with a long boardwalk close to shops and restaurants. The breakfast was wonderful with outdoor balcony overlooking the ocean. The hotel provides access to the gym, pool, hot tub abd sauna in the adjacent facility. There were renovations going on inside and some noisy construction next door. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The staff members were great from the young men who took care of my room on a daily basis, to the staff at Reception, to the waiters in the bars and restaurants. The waiters in the Triton Restaurant, where I had two meals each day, went above and beyhond the call of duty. The hotel has good amenities. I wish I'd been there in the warmer season to take advantage of the outdoor pool which is built into the rocks right on the Mediterranean.

All staff were great ..room was lovely ..The only downside was a nasty smell coming from the drains in the bathroom..

Relación calidad precio muy buena, por lo pagado un 10. Buen trato, limpieza de las instalaciones y comodidad. A actualizar el baño dentro de que estaba bien

We stayed in a family room, which has 2 separate bedrooms. The seaside view from large balcony was really nice. t's always hard to exactly know beforehand what you are going to get and our expectations were exceeded! The hotel has a very customer focused service attitude. Starting from free welcome drink during check-in to free water and wine waiting at the room + almost daily small 'treats' left on top of the bed. We liked the quality and selection of breakfast. There is a skybar on top with good cocktails and perfect views. The hotel is conveniently located. It is very easy to take a ferry to Valletta (2,5 eur per direction) and bus stops almost at the hotel entrance. Very easy to reach gozo or other cities by direct buses going with 20- or 30-minute intervals.
