シャワーの圧と温度が安定しなかった。 カップが綺麗に洗えていなかった。 フェイスタオルが替えていなかった。 バスルームにタバコの臭いがしてきた。

便利な場所にあり、とても綺麗で使いやすいホテルです。

部屋が広くて綺麗でした。 シャワーだけなのが残念な点です。

部屋は快適でした。チェックアウト時に食べてもいない朝食代を請求されたのにはまいりました。ちゃんとチェックしていないのでしょうか？その点だけが不満です。ロケーションは抜群です。

旧市街にも近く立地が良かった

団体の大会のヘッドクォーターであったのにもかかわらず、フロントの人が全くその内容を理解していなかったのが気になりました。

２部屋予約していたため、コネクティングルームを取ってくれており、配慮が良かった。また1部屋は完全にバリアフリーの部屋となっており、非常に良いと思った。（自分では不要だったが）。ただ、浴槽がなかったのは少し残念。（希望していれば浴槽付きの部屋になったのかもしれないが）。また、トイレで大小のスイッチがあるが、大の方が使えなかった。フロントは親切で、レストランを予約しようとした際、最初に伝えたレストランが満席だったが、同じ系列の別のレストランを当たって予約してくれた。タクシーの手配も問題なし。朝食も非常に良い。他コメントでもあったと思うが、朝食は付けておくのがお勧め。場所としても、旧市街にも、中央市場にも近くて良い。

繁華街から少し離れてるが、近くに美味しいビストロやボキューズ市場がある。

This hotel is quite clean, not only guest room but bathroom and toilet. Supermarket is located very close to the hotel.

The room was roomy and clean. Some of the towels were a little old and could soon be replaced. One mattress needs to be replaced now. It sags, leans to the left, and is bent ⅔ of the way up from the bottom on the left side. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner and lotion would have been nice.

Ease and speed of check in and check out. Clean, spacious room. Attention to detail, carafes available to refill with water as often as we wished. Brilliant location for our purposes.

SdB très petite pas possible d'être à deux alors que la chambre est très grande, douche au plafond sans pression la literie de la chmabre n'était définitivement pas un 4 étoiles
