冷蔵庫、電気ケトルなどはありません。 女性二人で泊まりしたが、コップ付属のお茶など一人分しかなく戸惑いました。 エレベーターが調整中で2F階段でスーツケースを下ろすはめになり、使用できるエレベーターがあったようでしか教えてもらえず大変でした。 朝食はよかったです。

施設が古く、二回も部屋を交換。しかもツアーでくたびれきって帰った晩に。ビールも温もってしまった。原因は、ドアの鍵の不具合、二回目はトイレの排水が化粧室にあふれて大変な状態。一階ロービーではシートを張って終日工事の打音が館内に響き、状態が良くないホテルと思う。

レフォルマ通りに面した歴史有る建物を利用したホテルで、落ち着いた雰囲気なのでめきしこにいくさいにはよく利用させてもらっています

Buen hotel a buen precio

The room smelled like dirty carpet and/or mouse drippings. The carpet had visible stains and burnt marks shaped like an iron. The toilet leaked water when flushing (hoping it was clean water) . When I reserved the hotel I was told that continental breakfast was included. However, the continental breakfast was the most disappointing of all. We were given coffee, a simple sandwich (bread, a slice of cheese and ham) a tiny piece of lettuce and mayo and a tiny bowl of fruit was included. My niece does not like coffee and was not given water or an option of another drink when we asked for it… The lobby was charming, overall staff were friendly.

Hotel is located in a high construction zone, be aware it is very difficult to sleep

La habitacion no tenia clima, la lampara de la mesa de noche no funcionaba, el control de la television no tenia pilas, el sanitario tenia fuga y el internet tenia pesima señal. JAMAS volveria a este lugar. Pedimos que nos cambiaran de habitacion y SE NEGARON, argumentando que TODO EL HOTEL ESTABA SIN CLIMA. Le comentamos todos los detalles al personal del siguiente turno y les valio. VERGUENZA TOTAL.

Fue muy cómoda la estsncia

Se que no publican malas reseñas así que este es para Expedia. Entiendo que solo son un canal de reservaciones pero que mal producto. No sirve su aire acondicionado No te ponen toallas y cuando la pides tienes que secarte la espalda y exprimirla para después secarte los brazos. El personal te responde tal cual, "nuestro sistema de aire no tiene la fuerza para todas las habitaciones" pero en Expedia dice que cuenta con aire acondicionado. Las llaves del agua al revés. Lamparas y equipamiento de los 70's y no porque sea retro sino que ya se salió de mercado. Bueno ni para cargar tu cel. Ese hotel tiene años y ni con tanta experiencia hacen bien lo único que hacen.

Construction site. Ee needed som forks for late dinner when the restaurant was closed, they said no and tell us to go to Oxxo, wich was closed, a second time they gave ua some plastic forks when we demand it. Breakfast included was a joke. Cold hotsandwiches and juice or fruit. Only one. Iam travelling 250 nights so for me this was a disaster

Desayuno muy rico, hotel seguro, excelente ubicación, personal atento

La condiciones del edificio buenas. La habitación muy mal, la alfombra muy vieja y sucia el baño mjy viejo necesita mucho mantenimiento y lo PEOR fue la falta de aire acondicionado. No servía tanto en la habitación como en el baño, totalmente de sentía asfixia. Que mal de verdad, teníamos altas expectativas de este hotel que desde afuera parece muy bonito.

The staff are friendly and help how they can, but I would say the overall room comfort wasn’t there. The air conditioning barely works, the road noise is super loud in all the rooms, and they provide nothing to prevent all the mosquitos in the rooms.

Personal amable, lo que no me gustó es que los contactos electrónicos de la habitación estaban en mal estado

Nos gustó el confort del hotel. El personal del servicio y recepción así como restaurante muy atentos,una estancia muy agradable

Clean property, friendly staff, very comfortable stay.

Muy bonito. Limpio y buena atención. El estacionamiento que se cobre aparte, es el único detalle
