素晴らしい。 バスタブも最高。

次の日にグアナファト空港から旅行に出掛ける関係で 以前から泊まってみたかったこのホテルに予約を取った。 子供が8歳でベットも狭く感じるのでエクストラベットを予約しておいたが 当日、エクストラベットは用意できないので 別の部屋に変更してもいいか聞かれた。 その部屋がエアコンを切っても、ずっと室外機のような音が鳴り響き 部屋をチェンジしてもらおうにも夜中の12時を過ぎていたので我慢した。 なので安眠できず 海外生活でバスタブが家にないので、バスタブのある部屋を予約したのに残念だった。

ホテル自体の場所は主要スポットに近く、部屋も広く滞在するには良いホテルだったと思います。 <改善要望> ①ホテルの案内地図がまったく異なった位置を示しＬＥＯＮ市内で１時間近く迷うことになった。正確な情報の提供をお願いします。 ②私の部屋はシャワーの排水口が詰まっていました。全般的にきれいな部屋なのに残念。

Habitaciones requieren mantenimiento/modernización

La atención del personal es excelente, las habitaciones se encuentran limpias y las instalaciones son muy agradables. MA COME NO, uno de los restaurantes del hotel, también cuenta con atención y sabores inigualables, que aunque vienen con un precio más elevado, valen la pena en su totalidad. Durante mi estancia se encontraban restaurando la recepción, aunque esto no nos ocasionó ningún problema. Al tratarse de un hotel ecológico, al bañarnos durante la noche el agua nunca logró calentarse, así que recomiendo considerarlo para tomar baños durante el día. De igual forma, iba con nosotros un niño de 2 años, por lo que una de las razones principales de elegir este hotel sobre otros era por los juegos infantiles, los cuales nos indicaron al ingresar que solo se arman los fines de semana, sería bueno armarlos entre semana o especificar este último punto. En general fue una muy buena experiencia y recomiendo ampliamente este hotel para futuras estancias.

No hacían la limpieza de forma completa en la habitación, llegamos y había una bolsa de plástico colgada de la regadera, la alberca de encontraba sucia llena de hojas de árbol

The hotel is beautiful! The lobby is quite impressive. Located on a busy street but within walking distance of many stores/places to eat PLUS the Zona Piel. We stayed in room 604 in late October for 1 night. Room was very spacious and clean! Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was nice with good lighting. however the door wouldn’t stay closed for some reason so you just had to put the trash can in front of it. No fridge which was disappointing. Full length mirror was in the room which I always appreciate. I will have to say that checking in and out- the customer service was not friendly but since we only stayed for one night- what can you do…. Overall I would recommend and stay here again.

Ideal para el precio buena ubicacion

This is a very beautiful property with an amazing restaurant. The staff is always friendly, professional and very helpful. I have stayed many times and I have recommended it to friends and they love it too.
