10年前からニースやフィレンツエに行った時は、時間を作ってこのホテルの5階に泊まりました。今までに5～７回以上は滞在しました。 今回もExpediaで上の部屋を予約し、私も高齢なので最後かもしれないと思いながらここでの滞在を楽しみにしていました。 フロントのヴァレンティナさんは不在で、サラと言う生意気で下品な娘が対応し、最低の部屋を割り当てました。 抗議すると「書いてある通り」と大変不愉快な対応でした。 抗議し部屋を変えましたが、意地になった小娘は下のクラスの部屋しか出しませんでした。 日本から9000kmもやってきて、また、ここに来るため車で200kmも移動し、楽しみにしていたのに、10年間とても良い印象を持っていたのに、たった一人の人種差別の小娘のせいで台無しにされました。 上の部屋は空いていました。エクスペデイアの指示も無視されました。上位の部屋に泊まらないならラパロに来る必要もありません。連れてきた友人たちも不愉快な気持ちになりました。 ホテルにはアジア人客などどうでもいいのでしょうが、私たちの旅行は最後に台無しになりました。イタリアに対する印象も残念な結果になりました。

ニースからトスカナに向かう途中で何度もこのホテルを使いました。地中海の美しさ、快適な居住空間、気持ちの良い接客など心休まる滞在になりました。 スタッフの皆さんありがとう。

Very clean and well maintained

They did not make any effort to offer a room upgrade or any other platinum extra’s. Wifi was a complete nightmare : worked for 10 minutes - than nothing for the rest of the stay

Otroligt vackert hotell med fantastisk frukost och oerhört hög grad av service. Bra gym och restaurang på hotellet. Mycket bra och snyggt poolområde. Gillade strandpromenaden ner till Rapallo som kantades av mysiga hus och restauranger. Vi hade rum mot sidan ”delvis havsutsikt” - hade jag bokat igen hade jag valt havsutsikt. Liten badplats bara några minuters promenad bort. Även om jag gillade det mycket, så tycker jag vi har fått mer för pengarna på andra ställen. Minus: Exteriören på hotellets baksida, där även entrén var, samt lobbyn hade en helt annan stil som tyvärr inte passade in. Kändes 80-tal och icke inbjudande.

While the check-in staff at this hotel was very friendly—a glimmer of hope at first—it was all downhill from there. The dining experience was a disaster from start to finish: we ate three meals at the hotel, and each one was worse than the last. They never honored our reservation times, and on one occasion, we waited a full hour before anyone even took our order for lunch. The restaurant staff were completely disorganized and inattentive, and the food & beverage director clearly doesn’t understand the basics of customer service. If that weren’t enough, I had booked and paid for a “Prestige Garden View” room, only to be given a room with a small, waist-high window—hardly the experience promised or expected. This hotel is poorly managed and fails to deliver on even the most basic expectations of a luxury property. Save your money and look elsewhere—there are far better options nearby that actually know how to treat their guests.

Strålende gjestfrihet, godt treningsrom og spa. Fine fasiliteter for bading i basseng og sjø. God beliggenhet med utsikt til Portofino. Fantastisk frokost.

Not a 5 Star hotell. Schould be 4 Star a the best, poor service, roomstandard very low.

Die Lage ist wunderbar, die Terrasse mit bestem Blick, schöner großer Pool mit guten Liegen. Die Zimmer entsprechen dem angesagten Standard.

Absolutely loved this hotel. So beautiful and incredible location. The staff was so kind and helpful. The spa was great as well. Highly recommend!

Amazing 5 star hotel. Spectecular view to the bay. Very friendly staff that is helpfull in all situations. Spacious room with sea view. Delicious breakfast with big. I will definately come back.
