ルツェルンの新市街ホテル、旧市街へのアクセスもとても便利。駅までもすぐ。

駅から徒歩数分の立地で、周りには色んなレストランがありました。観光地までも徒歩圏ないですし、ロケーションは最高です。 予約していた部屋を無料でアップグレードしてもらえました。部屋の中は快適でしたが、バスタブがないのは残念でした。 また利用したいです。

二泊しました 初めにチェックインしたときのスタッフの方は非常に感じがよくいい気分だったのですが、アサインされた部屋はホテルのレストランの真上で四六時中低温のリズムが響き、ベッドに横になろうものなら体全体にズンズンと震動が響くほどひどいものでした これでは眠れないとフロントに出向くと、こちらが何も言わないのに、部屋の変更を希望ですか？といわれました 要するに、毎回苦情が出ている部屋なのでしょう そんな部屋に乳幼児連れの客を通してしまうなんて… そこそこ高い金額を払っているのに、ちょっとお粗末な対応だなぁと思ってがっかりしました 新たにアサインされた部屋は、全く騒音もなく、窓からの景色も素晴らしく、非常に快適でした 出来れば駅前の地下駐車場と提携したサービスなど行ってもらえたらもっとありがたいです

インテリアは大変おしゃれで、部屋も快適ですが、購入時のホテルの記載事項と現実がいくつか違っています。まず、デラックスルームの広さは２６㎡となっていましたが、感触ではそれほど広くありません。ドアを開けたらいきなりベッドがあります。バルコニーはありますが、外道路に面しており、表記のように中庭には面していません。ホテルスタッフによると、中庭はない、とのこと。ただ、それほどうるさくはありません。写真では、スーペリア以下の部屋にはシッティングエリアのテーブルの画像はなく、デラックスには食事のできそうなガラステーブルの画像がありましたが、実際にはデスクとシングルソファ横のサイドテーブルのみです。表記では、シャワーまたはバスタブと書いてありましたが、シャワーのみ。部屋の交換を申し出たところ、バスタブのある部屋はない、ジュニアスイートにもシャワーはない、とのことです。その他の点についても、「まあ、表示が違っていることはよくあること」みたいな対応でした。 朝食は普通のブッフェで、どれもおいしいです。親切なスタッフがオムレツのオーダーを厨房に取り次いでくれたり、おススメの観光スポットをおしえてくれたりしましたが、マネジャーみたいな年配の女性があれこれゲストに注意しまくるのが大変不愉快でした。私は毎日なにかと文句を付けられ（そこは団体客用のテーブル、コーヒーは自分で入れないで…等々）、スタッフが色々ととりなしてくれました。

Heat was out and the room was freezing. No blow drier. Cleanibg stsff was reslly nice but iur room was next door to the storage room so the door was loudly closing constantly wsking us up.

Nice hotel. Room was very small with an odd layout. Bathroom was up 3 stairs from the foot of the bed. So weird. Otherwise, it was quiet, beds were comfy and the place is super clean.

Kleines Superior Zimmer, Minibad, kleine recht schäbige Rezeption, Personal nett, aber insgesamt kein 5 Sterne Hotel Standard und viel zu teuer.

Great location and easy check-in process. The room was very warm and stuffy, even though the temperatures outside was cooler in the 50’s F. This made the sleeping condotions very uncomfortable.

My go to hotel in Lucerne. It's extremely close to the train station, the Chapel Bridge, and old town. The staff is friendly and the hotel is always well maintained. I wish breakfast was included or a more affordable price point if it's not, but otherwise it's a great spot.

Auf meiner Reservierung war ein Zimmer mit King-Bett angegeben. Daher stellt sich mir die Frage: Verfügen Sie überhaupt über Kingsize-Betten, und falls ja, was verstehen Sie darunter? Zusätzlich befand sich bei den Zimmerkarten eine Karte mit dem Hinweis “Free Upgrade”. Von einem Zimmer mit King-Bett erhielt ich ein Free „Upgrade“ in ein Zimmer mit 2 zusammengeschobenen Einzelbetten direkt gegenüber des Lifts. Ich verstehe, dass ich nur 1 Nacht da war und das manchmal jemand kürzer treten muss. Ehrlichkeit wäre mir lieber gewesen, als das ganze als Free Upgrade zu kaschieren. Ich fühle mich in meiner Intelligenz beleidigt.

Decor and furniture in less than typical price range of this room, but the room was clean. Heater did not work and needed portable heater. Breakfast at the restaurant was excellent as well as proximity to the train station
