コンセントの配置がやや使いにくい

We stayed this hotel in Jan 2019. The staff was friendly and very kind. It was a very interesting concept interior, with pictures of American comics being displayed everywhere in the hotel. The cleaning of the room was also perfect. Also, it is located within walking distance of Notre-Dame Basilica, and there are the restaurant where you can have very good Japanese food. The day we stayed was outside air was minus 10 degrees, but the heating was not enough and we were cold. The room was on the first floor and the ceiling was high, so I think that it was difficult to heat. I plan to visit Montreal again in next summer, so I would like to stay this hotel again! 2019年年始に1泊利用しました。スタッフはフレンドリーで非常に親切。非常に面白いコンセプトのインテリアで、ホテルの至る場所にアメリカンコミックの絵が飾られていました。部屋の清掃も行き届いていました。ノートルダム大聖堂から徒歩圏内の立地で、近くに美味しい日本食が食べられるお店もあります。宿泊した日は外気マイナス10度ぐらいだったのですが、暖房が十分ではなくて、私たちが非常に寒かったです。部屋が1階だったのと、天井が高かったので、更に暖房がききづらい環境だったのかなと思います。夏に再度モントリオールを訪れる予定なので、その際は再度利用したいと思っています。

スタッフの方々が丁寧であり、ロケーションも良く、観光にはうってつけの場所にあります。食べ物を買いに行く際に少しだけ歩かなくてはいけないので、ホテルのすぐ近くにコンビニ等があればなお良しだったと思います。 お部屋も広いお部屋を提供していただけたので、快適に過ごすことができました。

Great location, Can’t say anything bad nor great about the room.

Good location

Room was on the first floor, party noise all night both nights, didn't sleep. Stained carpet, weird smell & dirty bathroom blinds, curtains that didn't close tightly so very little privacy if our light was on. No communication upon check-in about parking, breakfast, etc.

Great experience, convenient location, WiFi works well, wish breakfast is stronger but oh well.

Typical croissant breakfast. Lovely staff. Shops nearby. In the heart of Old Montreal

A cute, small, eclectic hotel with a friendly staff. Great location in Old Montreal. Close to several restaurants and shops to include Old Port that are within walking distance. The only complaint was the carpet was stained when you entered the room. They need to change it before they let another guest stay in that room.

Very friendly and helpful young staff team. Extremely comfortable bed. Very spacious three rooms suite. Carpets a bit grubby. Breakfast rather limited - some fruit, smoothies etc would have been nice. Staff very responsive, cheerful and ready to help. It was a lovely place to stay, close to the waterfront, some fabulous buildings (eg the stunningly beautiful Basilica), and within easy reach of main shopping area - and the rewarding climb up the Mont Royal to see the panoramic views!
