飲食店やお土産屋さんが最も多く集まるエリアからは少し離れているが、徒歩15分圏内。 バンフの街は歩いていて気持ちがいいので、苦痛な時間ではありません。 チェックインの際にRoamのフリーパス（路線8Xなどは含まれない）をもらえるので、それ以後は歩きたくなければRoute1や2で楽に移動できます。 ATMあり。ランドリーは3ドルで、コインのみ使用可ですが、受付でお札を両替してもらえました。

Clean room and great staff. Very close to many stores and restaurants in downtown Banff.

The hotel is little old but comfortable. It is away from the downtown area so it is very quite.

Our suite with the jetted tub was wonderful. The working fireplace was an added bonus on cold mornings. The grounds are lovely. Underground handicap parking was very convenient with elevator access in two locations.

Rhiannon on the Front Desk went out her way to ensure we enjoyed the best possible excursion during our short stay. She is a credit to your organization.

Room was big and very comfortable. No mountain view from my room. Also had trouble with the commode flush .

My husband and I stayed for a few days. We Enjoyed our stay in this hotel so much! I wouldn't stay anywhere else if I go back. Our room overlooked the playground, even with that I never heard any noise. The hotel is located at one of the entrance of Banff. We loved the fact that we could walk to restaurants and shops without any issues. Staff is super friendly and they have plenty of parking. Like I mentioned before, there's a playground right beside the hotel, perfect for families. Only negative I could mention (it doesn't mean it's a deal breaker for me) they don't have an in-site restaurants, (at least not at the time of my stayed) you have to walk to restaurants near by to grab your breakfast/meal. If you like to be near everything but not in the middle of it all, this is definitely the place to pick.
