スタッフは皆親切で温かい対応してくださり、客室も広々として清潔でした。 ロビーにはコーヒー，紅茶、お水が置いてあるので、助かりました。 少し歩けば街にも行ける場所です。 とてもお勧めです。

飲食店やお土産屋さんが最も多く集まるエリアからは少し離れているが、徒歩15分圏内。 バンフの街は歩いていて気持ちがいいので、苦痛な時間ではありません。 チェックインの際にRoamのフリーパス（路線8Xなどは含まれない）をもらえるので、それ以後は歩きたくなければRoute1や2で楽に移動できます。 ATMあり。ランドリーは3ドルで、コインのみ使用可ですが、受付でお札を両替してもらえました。

No view of the mountains, just next building. Room was spacious for mobility of parent. Bathroom was easily accessible.

staff is nice, rooms are dated and the walls are paper thin. could find something a lot nicer in banff or surrounding areas for a similar price.

Staff is very helpful and liked the Mountain View from the balcony. Plus we really enjoy swimming in the pool with the kids.

Staff always welcoming. We enjoyed the good walk into town (when it wasn't too icy), but if you don't fancy hitting your step count targets the hotel can provide bus passes. No in-house bar or restaurant is a shame, but breakfast in the Caribou was v nice ( 3 minute walk) and the town has plenty... Room was vast, with plenty of room for 3 of us- we used the pool & fitness room, which we thought was better than the photos. We would be very happy to visit again. Caribou

Other than the heat in our room being set WAY too high and not being able to change the settings, everything was great. The pool and hot tub area were clean and beautiful. It was empty when we were there so we had the area to ourselves!

Courteous staff

Room was quiet big but had no outside view. Overlooked the indoor pool. Room was always quite hot and had to have air-conditioning on to keep room reasonable. ( most likely from the heat coming from below with the pool and hottub). Fan for air-conditioning was quiet loud. Room was very nice otherwise. Beds very comfortable and pillows were great. Staff was polite and easy to interact with. Great stay other than room negatives
