Staff always welcoming. We enjoyed the good walk into town (when it wasn't too icy), but if you don't fancy hitting your step count targets the hotel can provide bus passes. No in-house bar or restaurant is a shame, but breakfast in the Caribou was v nice ( 3 minute walk) and the town has plenty... Room was vast, with plenty of room for 3 of us- we used the pool & fitness room, which we thought was better than the photos. We would be very happy to visit again. Caribou

Other than the heat in our room being set WAY too high and not being able to change the settings, everything was great. The pool and hot tub area were clean and beautiful. It was empty when we were there so we had the area to ourselves!

Room was quiet big but had no outside view.
Overlooked the indoor pool.
Room was always quite hot and had to have air-conditioning on to keep room reasonable.
( most likely from the heat coming from below with the pool and hottub).
Fan for air-conditioning was quiet loud.
Room was very nice otherwise.
Beds very comfortable and pillows were great.
Staff was polite and easy to interact with.
