Room was perfect for our needs and staff were great!

The room met our expectations for the reasonable price we paid, the front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. The room, pool.and hot tub were very clean. The bed and bedding was very comfortable!

Our room was very spacious — a main-level suite with a balcony and kitchenette, featuring a king bed, breakfast table, and sofa all thoughtfully laid out within the space, plus two twin beds in the loft above. It was extremely well designed and would be especially great for families. The pool and hot tub were nice as was the workout facility. Staff were helpful and lobby was welcoming. An easy 10-15 minute walk to the heart of town.

I enjoyed my four night stay; the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is near to downtown. The staff were friendly. I would book this hotel again without hesitation".

Facilities are clean and well kept. Rooms are spacious and tidy. Hotel staffs are nice and courteous.

Very clean, spacious room with underground parking (which was lovely), but check if your room is facing the pool… that was not great. It was loud and with kids screaming at 8am.. not ideal.

Staff were great. Right beside a nice playground for kids!

We had a loft room and it is set up well. Bed and extra powder room in loft makes it more roomy and convenient. Handy little kitchenette. Will stay here again.

Only stayed one night on my way to Lake Louise but was very pleased with the friendliness of the staff and overall quality of the hotel. Quality/Price-wise, hard to beat in Banff.

Room was a nice size - we had the 2 room 1 King, 1 Queen and it is perfect for a family with kids, or friends/family. Room was clean! Room is a little bit dated and could use a little bit of renovation. However, everything else was fantastic! Located right next to a playground and not a far walk from restaurants and shopping. Fair amount of parking. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!!

Good hotel for a great price in May! Enjoyed our stay, room was clean and nice, only outdated part was the shower in the room but all else was great. Gym is small but awesome they had one, pool and hot tub area was quite nice.

The Rundlestone is clean, the pool and hot tub are excellent. However, this property is in DIRE need of a refresh and update. We hadn't stayed at this property for about 8 years and it has definitely deteriorated. A refresh is in need.

Everything was perfect. It was quiet, good location, underground parking, swimming pool, hot tub, comfortable bed and helpfully staff. Thank you!
