ホテル自体はこじんまりとした感じだけど、働いているスタッフの皆さんが本当に感じが良かった(*^_^*) 特に、日勤の男女2名のフロントスタッフの対応の良さには感動しました。 言葉のわからない私達に、親身になって対応してくれて、まるで、日本の民宿に泊まっているような温かさを感じて、最高のおもてなしを受けた気がします。

カンクン空港からADOバスで1時間くらいでPlaya del Carmen に到着。片道156ペソ。バスターミナルから徒歩で10分くらい。 ロビーも部屋も清潔感があり、チェックインの際にはスタッフは英語でとても丁寧な説明をしてくれました。ビーチタオル、部屋のセーフティボックス、wifi無料です。 シャワーはバスタブがありませんが、私はカーテンのユニットバスよりシャワールームの方が好きなのでよかったです。 ベッドには、タオルで作られたスワンがあったり、ロビーでのコーヒーやお水のサービス、料金以上の満足感がありました。何よりスタッフのホスピタリティが素晴らしいと感じました。

El menú super excelente . Los alimentos riquísimos y super económicos... La atención de todo el personal fabulosa... La srita del restaurante tiene un excelente trato.. fabuloso todo . Lo recomiendo al 100%...

Loved the property location, but the pool wasn't taking care of and for breakfast you only get toast and coffee when it says breakfast Included.

Reserve 4 habitaciones, una le salieron cucarachas, otra el baño se tapaba, otra se quedó sin luz, 3 sin servicio de caja fuerte El desayuno q ofrecen esta muy mal incluso el agua que ponen para beber con un anuncio de no llenar termos MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA lo reserve porque EXPEDIA lo califica bien

No me parecio que no prestan toallas para la playa, las que habia en la habitacion las cambiaron solo 1 ves en 5 dias y estaban feas de mala calidad, sucias o viejas, el baño no funciono un dia y la tv nunca la pudimos usar, el desayuno solo es pan tostado con cafe. Todo lo demas estuvo rescatable pero en concluision no me volveria a hospedar ahi

Friendly staff. Room is great. Pool seemed a bit dirty and it is not safe for kids under 4 years.

1- pas de dejeuner , en faites cafe et roties froides dans un contenant metal , 2- la piscine avec son eau laiteuse louche ,la propete laisse vraiment a desirer ,jamais plus pour moi

Great budget option for the clean rooms and handy location, but noisy at night, overcrowding at breakfast and inconvenient that the pool is not available till 10am. Worth the trade off if location and budget are your priorities.

The photos of this property were a bit deceiving. But my main issue was with the towel replacement policies. They only replace your towels every 3 days but for my stay they never came by to replace our towels. No one asked if we needed new towels. We had to ask maintenance to take our dirty towels, and even then they only gave us one clean towel to use.
