ホテル アシエンダ パラダイス

ホテル自体はこじんまりとした感じだけど、働いているスタッフの皆さんが本当に感じが良かった(*^_^*) 特に、日勤の男女2名のフロントスタッフの対応の良さには感動しました。 言葉のわからない私達に、親身になって対応してくれて、まるで、日本の民宿に泊まっているような温かさを感じて、最高のおもてなしを受けた気がします。

カンクン空港からADOバスで1時間くらいでPlaya del Carmen に到着。片道156ペソ。バスターミナルから徒歩で10分くらい。 ロビーも部屋も清潔感があり、チェックインの際にはスタッフは英語でとても丁寧な説明をしてくれました。ビーチタオル、部屋のセーフティボックス、wifi無料です。 シャワーはバスタブがありませんが、私はカーテンのユニットバスよりシャワールームの方が好きなのでよかったです。 ベッドには、タオルで作られたスワンがあったり、ロビーでのコーヒーやお水のサービス、料金以上の満足感がありました。何よりスタッフのホスピタリティが素晴らしいと感じました。

Quarto imundo. Chão sujo. Limpeza realizada apenas a cada dois dias. Cofre do quarto não funcionava. Apenas um sabonete de tamanho pequeno no quarto para a pia e para o chuveiro. Estávamos em família com 4 pessoas mas haviam apenas 3 toalhas no quarto. Fomos pedir uma toalha a mais e um rapaz da recepção que se apresentou como gerente, nos questionou o porque que precisávamos de uma toalha a mais. Nos acusou de estar escondendo uma pessoa a mais no quarto ou estar roubando toalha… Detalhe: estávamos viajando em família : 4 pessoas sendo duas crianças uma de 9 anos e outra de 14 anos.. Pior experiência em hotel de minha vida.

We arrived in two groups. I had requested rooms close together. I wasn’t sure if this was not possible or just not done. However they were very kind to bring us a fridge for one of the rooms. On the first day there my gf picked out an outfit for dinner, put it back in her suitcase. We got dressed for the beach. Came back to change for dinner. I specifically asked the maid not to enter the room. My friend is looking for her brand new top she literally had on two hours ago in her luggage. I know how it sounds blaming people in the service industry for theft. We triple double checked. We decided to rent an air bnb for the next day. Id stay here again if I was on a tight budget. I found it clean, the man with curly hair and glasses as well as the blonde woman with glasses were really really great. Mixed review. At the end of the day, we wanted our group closer together.

I use to stay here allot. It included free breakfast at the cafe across the street . Massage on site . Art classes . It’s def changed. . We booked two beds room. The beds were hard as a rock. They changed the open area by pool to their own cafe . Includes breakfast at hotel now Which is weak coffee and hard dry toast .. room came with two small bottles of water. I asked for a couple more bc we hadn’t gotten to store it was late was told no .. they are all counted. So would miss inventory for tomorrow .. so I had to have them fil my empty bottle three times . Asked for egg rate . Didn’t have .. but gave me a foam couch cushion .. asked blanket .. got a sheet . Used to locate place .. I usually stay in a room with king bed. Those beds were softer.

Todo muy bien, calidad/precio ,el.desayuno solo cafe y pan 🍞 tostado pero el costo para complementar es muy bajo de buena calidad lo que te sirven . Ubicacion ecxelente y el personal muy atento . Para los que van a rentar este hotel no quieran un resort jajajaja es muy bueno para el.precio y el servicio ,sean consientes y si quieren algo de primera les recomiendo vidanta o xcaret arte , ahi si los van a complacer a su gusto y no comenten cosas malas de algo que estan pagando barato sean prudentes . En general muy bien 👍 recomendado

Tried to charge me for "tax" of $30 on top of what expedia said was paid in full. No blankets, just sheets. Expedia lists as including breakfast. When I asked the desk, they said yes and gave me a paper ticket. I gave the ticket to the cafe girl and picked something off the menu. She then gave me a bill at the end. I said that I had given her the ticket and she said the ticket is just for that section... a bar with juice, water, and plain bread. So I got con'd into buying their breakfast.

the place is less than a minute by walk from the Main Street, so it's perfect. the receptionist was really nice and sweet, but I didn't really got to see the hotel since I stayed only a night, overall it was nice.

I booked this hotel for 9 days but I did left 4 days early without getting my money back! There is loud music 5th isn’t that far from the hotel, there is bathrooms windows without glass so if you don’t have professional earbuds to sleep this place isn’t good for you! They say there is breakfast but there is only some black coffee , fridges make noise like train and loud I asked very day to change but they always say tomorrow! Staff very unprofessional especially night staff mean and very very rude! There is mold in bathroom walls floor etc there!

Great location!!! Walking distance to everything. Average price for the area. Says breakfast included, however it is NOT a real breakfast at all. Toast, water & coffee,.. that’s it.

Room was fine Pool area was attractive Breakfast was laughable. Even though it was on our reservation they wouldn’t let us have free breakfast first day. But when I saw all they had was old toast and coffee I didn’t want it anyway Very far away from downtown Only gave two towels for three of us Tried charging us more for using the extra towel although we booked for three people Was fine but would not go back

Frukost kan inte anses vara inkluderad. En kall rostmacka med smör och kaffe med mjölkpulver, thats it. Sunkigt och högljutt från Quinta avenida.

el hotel esta descuidado le falta mucho mantenimiento, se ve que desde hace unos 10 años no lo pintan, el wc no funcionaba bien, la puerta no tenia seguro, visible no cambiaban las toallas con frecuencia, un día no hicieron la limpieza según por falta de personal, la mesera de la cafetería muy déspota, Gaby en la recepción muy amable y cordial así como la chica de lentes, nos dieron muchos tips desde la llegada, la ubicación es muy buena sin embargo no recomiendo este hotel ni para llegar a dormir, es mejor un air b&b.
