ホテル自体はこじんまりとした感じだけど、働いているスタッフの皆さんが本当に感じが良かった(*^_^*) 特に、日勤の男女2名のフロントスタッフの対応の良さには感動しました。 言葉のわからない私達に、親身になって対応してくれて、まるで、日本の民宿に泊まっているような温かさを感じて、最高のおもてなしを受けた気がします。

カンクン空港からADOバスで1時間くらいでPlaya del Carmen に到着。片道156ペソ。バスターミナルから徒歩で10分くらい。 ロビーも部屋も清潔感があり、チェックインの際にはスタッフは英語でとても丁寧な説明をしてくれました。ビーチタオル、部屋のセーフティボックス、wifi無料です。 シャワーはバスタブがありませんが、私はカーテンのユニットバスよりシャワールームの方が好きなのでよかったです。 ベッドには、タオルで作られたスワンがあったり、ロビーでのコーヒーやお水のサービス、料金以上の満足感がありました。何よりスタッフのホスピタリティが素晴らしいと感じました。

La ubicación y el precio es excelente. A solo pasos de la 5ta avenida, alrededor de la cuadra hay diversos lugares de comer, así como tiendas para suplir de cualquier artículo que se te haya quedado, alimentos agua embotellada, etc. En el mismo hotel puedes desayunar (la chica que prepara la comida es excelente) por un costo adicional, pero económico. La piscina esta abierta hasta por la noche, así que se puede usar al llegar de los tours. El servicio del personal excelente, pedí cambio de cubrecamas, cobertor para el frio en la noche, secador de cabello, toallas de piscina y todo me lo facilitaron rapidísimo. No es un lugar de lujos, pero tiene lo necesario para pasar la noche y algunas tardes que estuvimos, ya que todos los días teniamos tours fuera del hotel para conocer la zona. El sitio se siente seguro aún de noche. En par de ocasiones llegabamos tardes de los tours y caminamos sin problemas hasta el hotel.

Alors quoi dire de cet hôtel L’emplacement est parfait c’est le pont fort Le petit déjeuner est horrible c’est une honte pour un hôtel du café pas bon des tartine grillées très longtemps avant du coup c’est froid et tout mou l’eau a l’hibiscus n’arrive que vers 10h alors que les petits déjeuners commencent à 7h Sorti de ça si vous voulez autre chose c’est payant Ensuite deuxième point prévoyez de la monnaie car aucun parking gratuit e l’horodateur coûte 10 pesos par heure Dernier point le plus important ne laissez pas d’argent hors du coffre même de la monnaie et même dans votre sac car j’avais laissé 60 pesos pour 6 heures d’horodateurs dans la poche du haut de mon sac à dos et la personne du ménage a fouillée mon sac et me les a volé sans scrupules pendant que j’étais à la piscine juste en dessous de la chambre pour info 60 pesos c’est environ 3€ quelle honte ce n’est pas la somme mais le geste qui est honteux

The cost is very accurate and my only "comment" will be for the installations 9/10. The room has hot water, Wifi, Pool, and is located in a very well area.

Hébergement correspond au tarif, sympa pour une alte (nous y sommes restés qu'une nuit) , par contre pour le petit déjeuner, un conseil prenez le a l'extérieur.

Hôtel bien situé mais qui a connu des jours meilleurs, certainement il y a quelques années... Peintures, sanitaires, meubles d'un autre âge. Les photos sont très avantageuses par rapport a la realité. Piscine innacessible pendant notre séjour. Le petit déjeuner compris ne comprend que café, lait, eau, pain de mie grillé, beurre et confiture. Le reste est en extra. Parking payant autour de l'hôtel (c'est le cas partout à Playa) mais gratuit au supermarché à 500m. Globalement décevant.

Old and dated hotel. The pool floor was green and it was not cleaned till the next day. The bed matresses were very hard and the pillows worse. The 'white' towels were of an unknown color. No water or safe in the bedroom. The included breakfast was horrible, just coffee and cold toasts, with your choice of butter or jam. The only good thing about this place is the location and the staff. I will not stay there again.

Muy viejo el hotel, lo bueno es la ubicación y el staff del restaurante es muy amable.

I travel a lot. In all my years, this was the absolute worst, most despicable place I have ever stayed at. The hotel itself was decent. But the staff, just awful. The sourpuss, unhelpful receptionist. The rude, aggressive manager. Just a terrible experience overall. The client's happiness does not matter AT ALL at this hotel. I would rather sleep on the street than stay one more night at this dump.

Pros was the pool and it was quiet.

Pleasant place to relax, especially with the greenery around the pool. No covers on beds, just sheets; ‘breakfast’ was coffee, water and pre-cooked toast with jam, not even cream. Some rooms have fridges but not all, no glassware. We got what we paid for though, and location was perfect.

Great location, friendly staff, very affordable!

Quarto imundo. Chão sujo. Limpeza realizada apenas a cada dois dias. Cofre do quarto não funcionava. Apenas um sabonete de tamanho pequeno no quarto para a pia e para o chuveiro. Estávamos em família com 4 pessoas mas haviam apenas 3 toalhas no quarto. Fomos pedir uma toalha a mais e um rapaz da recepção que se apresentou como gerente, nos questionou o porque que precisávamos de uma toalha a mais. Nos acusou de estar escondendo uma pessoa a mais no quarto ou estar roubando toalha… Detalhe: estávamos viajando em família : 4 pessoas sendo duas crianças uma de 9 anos e outra de 14 anos.. Pior experiência em hotel de minha vida.
