La habitación bonita las camas incómodas, el lavabo tapado

I booked this hotel for 9 days but I did left 4 days early without getting my money back! There is loud music 5th isn’t that far from the hotel, there is bathrooms windows without glass so if you don’t have professional earbuds to sleep this place isn’t good for you! They say there is breakfast but there is only some black coffee , fridges make noise like train and loud I asked very day to change but they always say tomorrow! Staff very unprofessional especially night staff mean and very very rude! There is mold in bathroom walls floor etc there!

Great location!!! Walking distance to everything. Average price for the area. Says breakfast included, however it is NOT a real breakfast at all. Toast, water & coffee,.. that’s it.

Room was fine Pool area was attractive Breakfast was laughable. Even though it was on our reservation they wouldn’t let us have free breakfast first day. But when I saw all they had was old toast and coffee I didn’t want it anyway Very far away from downtown Only gave two towels for three of us Tried charging us more for using the extra towel although we booked for three people Was fine but would not go back

Frukost kan inte anses vara inkluderad. En kall rostmacka med smör och kaffe med mjölkpulver, thats it. Sunkigt och högljutt från Quinta avenida.

el hotel esta descuidado le falta mucho mantenimiento, se ve que desde hace unos 10 años no lo pintan, el wc no funcionaba bien, la puerta no tenia seguro, visible no cambiaban las toallas con frecuencia, un día no hicieron la limpieza según por falta de personal, la mesera de la cafetería muy déspota, Gaby en la recepción muy amable y cordial así como la chica de lentes, nos dieron muchos tips desde la llegada, la ubicación es muy buena sin embargo no recomiendo este hotel ni para llegar a dormir, es mejor un air b&b.

when I entered the room was surprised with a uncleaned & not working flush washroom. Overall, Hotel is untidy trust me not worth to stay at this place

Good hotel overall, need updates

Um quarteirão da 5 avenida em Playa Del Carmen. Estrutura boa do hotel. Único inconveniente da estádia foram os hóspedes do quarto ao lado que passavam a noite acordados e não respeitavam o direito de descansar dos outros, fazendo barulho e depois dormiam até às 16 horas para ter vida noturna, no mais o hotel tem um excelente custo benefício.

Excelente ubicación pero hay mucho ruido de un antro cercas y unos departamentos en construcción en frente en obra mucho ruido desde muy temprano

El desayuno pone continental y solo te dan pan cafe mermelada y mantequilla, pésimo

The only nice thing I have to say is the location is pretty good. The construction on 3 sides of the hotel, plumbing that resulted in needing to use the staff bathroom for 24 hours, inabilty to give us hand soap for 3 days, unwillingness to give us enough towels for every person staying in the room, no screen on our patio door and the hotel’s unwillingness to work with us or provide any type of offset or compensation - detracted from our stay. Other things like: uncomfortable beds, not enough blankets, no glasses/cups in the room, cold pre-toasted toast, unwillingness to let us take coffee/tea back to room, only cleaning our room on the last day of our stay are likely more a function of the quality/standards of the property which should probably be classified as a 2 star motel at best.

Lo único que mejoraría sería los colchones como las sábanas y las almohadas son muy incómodos

Habitación muy limpia y personal muy amable en todo momento
