パークに直結しているので、泊まるだけなら十分です。アメニティやタオルは×。掃除も不十分。隅っこの方に虫の死骸が固まっていました。

The room is clean. The pool is clean. The Buffet breakfast and dinner is ok. But, if you are not used to drinking tap water, or fancy coffee in the room, you won’t have any. No shops nearby to buy necessities. So you have to bring everything with you. The park is so-so. The waterpark is great. If you get the full board package, getting lunch is stressful. Only a few restaurants to choose from especially in the waterpark where there’s only one available to for you to use your vouchers. (Imagine the queue). I spent 45 min to 1 hr in the queue for all my lunch, without exageration. Overall it’s ok. Next time we will just book a hotel near the beach and do a day trip in the waterpark most likely.

TERRIBLE. 1. Hotel employees Unpleasant, not willing to assist 2. Hygiene The towels were stained with blood 3. What you pay for Not good value for money at all. Compared to other hotels in the area, the rooms are not good, the extra entrances if you get that to the park are limited and the overall experience is not positive.

Hotel port aventura Vi synes ikke, hotellet fortjener 4 stjerner – nærmere 2. Der var både fugt og en ubehagelig lugt på hotellet. Til gengæld var selve parken og vandlandet rigtig godt, ( 5 stjerner)

Los servicios han decaído totalmente, en la habitación casi ni toallas, para 3 personas solo tres toallas de ducha y no muy grandes, del resto nada de nada. Habitaciones extremadamente básica y para 3 personas 2 camas de 1.35 en un hotel de 4 estrellas ….. Ya no hay ni restaurante a la carta solo buffet. Aún así Experiencia mediocre pero porque la piscina vale la pena.

The hotel is great for park access however little things could be better, having to pay for pool towels and also not being able to charge anything to the room is really frustrating. Also no iron available.

Breakfast was very chaotic and quite basic. Room was nice but both double beds were pushed together so it was very cozy. The hotel is very close to the park and the pool was lovely. Location is perfect and very easy checkin/ parking and use of park tickets.

Full board was not available as the restaurants within the hotel only opened in morning and evening.

Séjour très agréable à l'hotel port aventura

Personnel parlant français, arrangeant et agréable. Propreté de la chambre et locaux commun. Literie de bonne qualité. Accès direct au parc. Buffet de qualité, varié. Seul bémol : le chauffage dégageait une odeur sale, de renfermée type cave.

Parcours pour arriver à L'hôtel depuis la gare très difficile et très long surtout avec des valises et surtout très mal indiqué. A la place d’une bagagerie il y a une consigne payante ( 6€ pour une grande valise). Décevant pour un hôtel 4*. Dans la salle de bain, il y a une baignoire mais pas de bomde. Il faut utiliser la baignoire comme douche et l’entrée dans la baignoire est assez difficile. Pour 3 il y avait bien 3 grandes serviettes mais seulement 2 petites serviettes. Pont positif la qualité des draps et l’entrée direct au parc

Habitación buena y el personal magnifico

El personal muy correcto en todo momento. Las habitaciones no estaban del todo limpias, concretamente el inodoro, tenía restos. Las sabanas y cortinas, también tenían manchas aunque estaban recien sacadas de lavandería. Deberían pensar en renovar el menaje, ya que imagino, que tantos usos se traducen en deterioros. El desayuno muy bueno. La comida del parque es bastante cara y tiene una calidad regular. Las aperturas de Ferrari land, se han restringido en relación a otros años... Personalmente creo que Port Aventura es un referente en relación a los parques temáticos que tenemos en el territorio nacional. Pero tienen que mejorar en varios aspectos.

The bath has no plugs, confirmed at reception no plug in any room so you cannot take a bath. Rooms are a little tired as are corridors but bed was comfortable enough. Proximity to the theme park entrance is good. Breakfast was good.

Having stayed in many Theme Park hotels, I think PA is quite poor in comparison. The rooms are functional and boring and they are very mean with the number of towels you are given! Breakfast was annoying - I do not want to book a slot in advance and know I only have 40 minutes to eat. Comfy beds though and great access to the park.

It is a very nice hotel with beautiful Mediterranean architecture. In a great location with direct access to the parks and shops. However, other than the room don’t expect any additional services! No room service, no water bottles, no coffee\tea maker, no help with your luggage, no pool towels… you’ll need to do everything yourself and pay for it!
