パークに直結しているので、泊まるだけなら十分です。アメニティやタオルは×。掃除も不十分。隅っこの方に虫の死骸が固まっていました。

Habitación buena y el personal magnifico

El personal muy correcto en todo momento. Las habitaciones no estaban del todo limpias, concretamente el inodoro, tenía restos. Las sabanas y cortinas, también tenían manchas aunque estaban recien sacadas de lavandería. Deberían pensar en renovar el menaje, ya que imagino, que tantos usos se traducen en deterioros. El desayuno muy bueno. La comida del parque es bastante cara y tiene una calidad regular. Las aperturas de Ferrari land, se han restringido en relación a otros años... Personalmente creo que Port Aventura es un referente en relación a los parques temáticos que tenemos en el territorio nacional. Pero tienen que mejorar en varios aspectos.

The bath has no plugs, confirmed at reception no plug in any room so you cannot take a bath. Rooms are a little tired as are corridors but bed was comfortable enough. Proximity to the theme park entrance is good. Breakfast was good.

Having stayed in many Theme Park hotels, I think PA is quite poor in comparison. The rooms are functional and boring and they are very mean with the number of towels you are given! Breakfast was annoying - I do not want to book a slot in advance and know I only have 40 minutes to eat. Comfy beds though and great access to the park.

It is a very nice hotel with beautiful Mediterranean architecture. In a great location with direct access to the parks and shops. However, other than the room don’t expect any additional services! No room service, no water bottles, no coffee\tea maker, no help with your luggage, no pool towels… you’ll need to do everything yourself and pay for it!

Hôtel au plus proche de l’entrée du parc. Chambre de taille standard disposant d’un petit balcon. Bonne literie dommage de dimension réduite. Pas de plateau d’accueil. Murs minces. Chambre très éloignée de l’accueil et du restaurant, un peu pénible. Ménage superficiel, nous avons retrouvé un gobelet rempli de vieux mégots sur le balcon. Chambre avec poussière dans les recoins. Ne passe pas l’aspirateur dans les couloirs. Papiers au sol, ainsi qu’insectes morts. Manque parfois de serviettes, de tapis pour sortir de la douce et papier toilette donné avec parcimonie. Seuls points positifs, personnel aimable et excellente restauration, très variée. Nouveautés tous les jours

Habia humedad en la habitacion

Todo muy bien excepto que siendo una habitación destinada a familias, hubieramos agradecido una estancia más adaptada a peques.

Great quality room, air conditioning effective but quite so easy to sleep with. Multiple pools where there was always space and great selection of food

Séjour de deux jours passés au parc. L’hôtel est très bien situé tout se fait à pied. possibilité de rentrer à n’importe quelle heure de faire un petit tour à la piscine et de repartir. Très grande chambre ainsi que la salle de bain. ((Un peu brullante quand on allume avec la ventilation.)) Nous avions une chambre qui donnait côté piscine…. dommage avec des grilles aux fenêtres La chambre était très propre. Les couloirs sont un peu vétuste Nous avions la pension complète pratique pour manger dans le parc à midi avec l’application et le QR code. Petit déjeuner beaucoup de choix ainsi que le repas du soir, dans une grande salle à manger, un peu bruyante, vue la foule qui s’y trouve. Très beau séjour sous le soleil

Nous avons réservé une chambre pour 2 adultes et un enfant sur hotel.com avec mail de confirmation a l'appui sauf que si vous ne passer pas par portavantura directement il vous donne une chambre de 2 seulement et il faut au montant total de la réservation rajouter 600e sinon vous n'aurez accès a rien (ni nourriture ni acces aux parc pour l'enfant) et le ponpon c'est que hotel.com ne sera pas du tout la pour vous aider car il sont injoingnable en cas de probleme et donne carement raison a l'hotel portavantura ce que je trouve déplorable et honteux pour un client vip comme moi. Nous avons du changer 4 fois de chambre car le menage n'était pas du tout fait dans la 1ere et la climatisation ne fonctionne pas dans les 2 autres elle indique 20° alors que nous étions a 29°dans la chambre ce qui est horrible pour dormir a 3 dans 1 lit 2 places avec 40°dehors. Apres une journée et 1 nuit de misere et de multiples désagrément et réclamation la directrice de l'hotel nous a enfin débloquer l'acces aux parc et la nourriture mais a surtout reconnu que nous avions bien réservé pour 3 personnes et non 2 comme nous la indiqué le site Pour le petit dej et le dîner préparez vous a des queus de minimum 30min sous la chaleur pour pouvoir avoir une table. Les lunettes de soleil sont interdite a la piscine a croire que nous ne somme pas en vacances au soleil. C'etait ma dernière fois dans cette hotel ou le seul avantage est d'avoir acces directement aux divres parcs d'attractions sans faire la queu.

Location is great. Staff was friendly the 1 hour of early access was great for the kids. There are not a lot of dining options later in the evening at the property, and only one restaurant in the park that accommodates later dining. Also the gym is in bad shape, a lot of the weight machines are broken and the floor had water damage bucking the floor. The sauna and steam work do not work at all and are not completed yet. The rooms were comfortable and clean and location was our main reason for the stay :)

I would say, if you are going as a family STAY AWAY They dont have not even a kettle in the room , if you have to warm some milk for a bottle, well good luck. Be aware, they charge for everything! they create issues to sell the solution. No water? well there is a machine that sell bottles for 4 euro (300ml) Simply the ONLY place i have been that you cannot wear sunglasses on the pool, unless ofc you buy the over expensive glasses cord for 15 Euro. Full board is outright scam, you don't have any restaurant open during the afternoon for lunch. only dinner and breakfast. For 2 adults and 1 toddler, they chaged 70Euro, for poor generic food. The buffet it self i felt i was on a supermarket when covid pandemic hit. everyone just stacking up food. Pool sits, if you want to get any sits, well wake up 7am and put a towel on any sits as seem its not controlled and everyone just go there and put a towel. Your room, has a 50euro fridge that bearly cools water. so good luck buying food. Not gonna even get to the park, you guys check trust pilot instead expedia reviews.

The hotel is in serious need of renovation. It is dirty and there is a bad smell in the rooms and corridors. The ac did not work in our room and there were ants everywhere. In addition, there was a strong smell. We were given another room in which the ac worked but there was a strong smell of cigarette. Not a 4 star hotel. The staff at the reception was really nice and helpful and changed our room quickly.

Las habitaciones son amplias. Camas comodas, bien refrigeradas con el calor qué hizo. La comida excelente, aguas gratis en comedor.

Nous avons eu une belle chambre bien insonorisée juste à côté du parc. Le petit déjeuner est bon et variée. Seul bémol, la piscine, je ne vois rien sans mes lunettes et on n'a pas le droit de porter des lunettes.
