総合評価とレビュー Royal San Marco Hotel

立地は中心地に近く、良い。 ホテルは古く、部屋も清潔感があるとは言えない。 スタッフに、部屋に羽蟻が発生している（数匹）ことを伝えて部屋を変えようとしたが、部屋を確認され「部屋に虫はいない」と変えてくれなかった。 それは私が退治したからであって、朝にはまた数匹発生していた（お風呂場からだった） とりあえずリーズナブルに1泊するならいいと思うが、快適さを求めるならここではないと思う。

サンマルコ広場に近く便は良いです。 朝食も良かったですし、部屋も快適でした。シャワーブースが狭かったかな。これは部屋に寄りけり。ヴェネツィア観光には打って付けかもしれません。

It was a stately hotel, but the door was heavy and difficult to open.

設備が古く、部屋全体が埃っぽい匂いに包まれていた。 水回りも清潔感が無く、どうしても入浴しようという気になれなかった。

サンマルコ広場からとても近いです。設備は値段相応ですがスタッフの対応も良く、不満は全く無かったです。

The staff was very friendly. We stayed at the time of hide tide when the waters rose above the pavement twice each day. The staff provided informative advice on when and where not to go etc. The hotel itself was also very prepared for the high tide and had a barrier to stop the water from coming in at the levels of 140cm.

部屋まで案内してくれた女性のスタッフが説明不足で、態度が悪かったから残念です。部屋の鍵が開かなくなるというアクシデントがありましたが、対応してくれた男性スタッフはとても親切でした。

サンマルコ広場までものすごく近くて、大変便利でした。 バスタブ付きの部屋など、事前に連絡した希望も叶えてくださり、大変助かりました。 またベネチアに行く機会があれば、宿泊したいです。

個人的に歯ブラシがあったら嬉しかったのと、バスルームの匂いが気になりました。ベッドは豪華で、ヴェネツィアらしい重厚な雰囲気を味わえました。

場所はサンマルコから極めて近いが、寝室がかなり古い。ちょっとおすすめするのは難ありかと思います。

サンマルコ広場まで１分の最高に便利でリーズナブルなホテルでした。部屋はジュニアスイートでかなり広かったが、バスではなくシャワーでした。ホテル周辺は多数のお土産、レストランあり。次回も宿泊したい。

ホテルの立地はとても良いです。 サン・マルコ広場は徒歩で2分、リアルト橋まで歩いて5分以内です。 ホテルの部屋は狭くてあまり快適ではないですがバスタブがあってお風呂に疲れたのは嬉しいポイントでした。

It's very close to the San Marcos Plaza so its very convenient.

Perfect hotel for all that Pisa has to offer. Large room.

Our room was very small and not really suitable for 2 people. But it was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Breakfast was good. Room was ok but no coffee, no tee, no water. No hot water , can’t take a shower. We were leaving early in the morning the front desk fellow was rude. No thank you, no good bye.

I would rate this 3 not 4 star, we got the room on 6 th floor and the elevator only goes up to 4 floors. You have to walk up 2 flights of stairs . The rooms are very small, very little space for luggage etc. We really love the location, it was right next to St Marks square and very close to major attractions. It worked for us as we were only in the room to sleep.
