ホテルのグレードに相応しい、全体的にスタッフの方々のサービスの質が大変高いと感じました。ホテルのエントランスも流石な美しさで、朝食も口コミ通りにとても美味しく、若いスタッフの方々も大変質の高いサービスを提供くださり、プロフェッショナルな対応が流石でした。 スパも綺麗で、ジャグジーやサウナもあり、泊まるならば是非スパも利用されることをオススメします。 場所も安全なペスト地区にあり、徒歩でどこへ行くにも便利な中心地にあり、近くにレストランも沢山あります。 残念だったのは、特別な記念日の旅で奮発しましたが、部屋からの景色は何もなく、部屋の壁紙や照明の傘にもシミがあり、ホテルのグレードから期待していた素敵なお部屋の雰囲気はありませんでした。 また、部屋のアメニティのシャンプーとコンディショナーのクオリティが悪く、使ったら髪がギシギシになってしまい、驚きました。念の為持参していた私物のシャンプーを使いましたが、ホテルのスパに備え付けてあったシャンプーとコンディショナーはちゃんとしたクオリティで、髪がギシギシになることはなかったので、部屋のアメニティも同じ物が置かれていたら良かったのに残念でした。 ただ、ホテル自体は綺麗で、清掃も行き届いており、スタッフの皆さんも素晴らしいので星4つとしました。

ホテルの前がトラムの駅なので、とても便利です。 歴史を感じさせるとても良いホテルだと思います。

とても魅力的なエントランス、整った部屋、スタッフの対応も丁寧でした。 朝食が高いですが食べる価値がある程のとても良い充実した内容でした。

ホテルの場所がトラム駅の目の前にあり、周辺にも有名レストランなどあるため、観光に非常に便利。スタッフの対応も非常に良く、アップグレードでスパも利用出来ました。国立歌劇場までも徒歩で行けるので、観光に大変お薦めです。

This is a stunning hotel. I kept thinking I may not fit in with the clientele! If I have a complaint it’s the same throughout Europe, and that is, no top sheet on the beds, just a duvet with a cover. But the duvet is too hot middle of the night and way too cold with nothing covering me. But that’s not a slight on this hotel, just a general comment on all the hotels I’ve been in this trip. The staff are terrific with good English, breakfast I thought was excellent. My daughter used the gym each day and said it was really good and very clean.

Hotel is magnificent, rooms clean staff great, spa is spectacular. Only thing we did t like was breakfast in restaurant, food bland, powdered eggs served?!?!?

Conservation of the room was very bad. No cold air on at condicioning system. Just ventilation In one the there is housekeeping on my daughter room

This hotel is absolutely beautiful on the outside and in the main areas, lobby, bar, stunning entry! The restaurant and bar are beautiful but very expensive for what is slightly above average food. The location to seeing things in Pest is excellent and the concierge service, namely Kryzstina was superb for restaurant recommendations and securing us a private walking tour. The room service was okay, they are not generous with towels or shower/bath products. It would have been nice to have the bed clothes changed daily. Overall a good stay for the price.

From the time we got off the taxi, we were greeted and everyone was welcoming and eager to make sure you are comfortable and enjoy your stay. The hotel is beautiful and spa services are very nice. I definitely recommend the breakfast buffet! The most lavish spread I have experienced in 30 years of travel!

The residence was wonderful for our group of four. It’s located in a second building connected by a bridge, with access from another street as well, which made it feel both private and convenient. The small garden is a lovely touch, and the overall atmosphere is nice and relaxing, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The spa is beautiful and feels like a true escape from the hustle and bustle of the city — a perfect place to unwind. The only small downside for me was the breakfast, which was quite standard. For a hotel of this level, I was expecting something a bit more special.
