ホテルのグレードに相応しい、全体的にスタッフの方々のサービスの質が大変高いと感じました。ホテルのエントランスも流石な美しさで、朝食も口コミ通りにとても美味しく、若いスタッフの方々も大変質の高いサービスを提供くださり、プロフェッショナルな対応が流石でした。 スパも綺麗で、ジャグジーやサウナもあり、泊まるならば是非スパも利用されることをオススメします。 場所も安全なペスト地区にあり、徒歩でどこへ行くにも便利な中心地にあり、近くにレストランも沢山あります。 残念だったのは、特別な記念日の旅で奮発しましたが、部屋からの景色は何もなく、部屋の壁紙や照明の傘にもシミがあり、ホテルのグレードから期待していた素敵なお部屋の雰囲気はありませんでした。 また、部屋のアメニティのシャンプーとコンディショナーのクオリティが悪く、使ったら髪がギシギシになってしまい、驚きました。念の為持参していた私物のシャンプーを使いましたが、ホテルのスパに備え付けてあったシャンプーとコンディショナーはちゃんとしたクオリティで、髪がギシギシになることはなかったので、部屋のアメニティも同じ物が置かれていたら良かったのに残念でした。 ただ、ホテル自体は綺麗で、清掃も行き届いており、スタッフの皆さんも素晴らしいので星4つとしました。

ホテルの前がトラムの駅なので、とても便利です。 歴史を感じさせるとても良いホテルだと思います。

とても魅力的なエントランス、整った部屋、スタッフの対応も丁寧でした。 朝食が高いですが食べる価値がある程のとても良い充実した内容でした。

ホテルの場所がトラム駅の目の前にあり、周辺にも有名レストランなどあるため、観光に非常に便利。スタッフの対応も非常に良く、アップグレードでスパも利用出来ました。国立歌劇場までも徒歩で行けるので、観光に大変お薦めです。

The building is amazing.

The hotel was lovely and we really enjoyed our stay

Grand old hotel (1896 I think), which was refurbished around 20 years ago. Large, elegant public rooms and the hotel has the potential to be a proper international “5-star” property - but it is not right now. Stayed 1 night in a Deluxe room. Classic furnishings and decor which looked like it hadn’t been upgraded for 20 years. Carpet was clean enough but heavily worn, especially outside the bathroom. Bed was VERY uncomfortable - which prevented me sleeping - far too soft, or maybe the springs / mattress had collapsed. Wanted a hot bath but the tap water was filthy brown (see picture) and the mechanism to open the plug was broken so the dirty water stayed in the tub overnight - used bottled water for brushing teeth. Lots of dust on the bedside light stands, one of the two reading lights didn’t work at all, and thick dirt on the bathroom radiator control - fully visible when sitting on the loo. The pool / spa is excellent - spacious and clean, but not included in all room-rates. Shocked to discover that in the year 2025 the room has no USB sockets at all, and just ONE accessible power socket - at floor level in the corner as far away from the bed as possible. Asked the staff about this but their explanation was “it’s an old building” - yet hotels all over the world, not just expensive ones, have retro-fitted their electrics and sockets elegantly for decades (e.g. sockets on desk-tops, USBs in bedside drawers). Absolutely gorgeous hotel with an interesting history and satisfying amenities. The central location put us within a 30 minute walk of nearly every point of interest on our first visit to Budapest; situated midway between City Park and Buda Castle. Tons of great cafes and restaurants nearby so we did not find ourselves eating at the resaurants on-site, though they looked impressive and reasonably priced. The spa is also worth a visit - though it is somewhat small relative to the amount of guests present at peak hours. The spa amenities themselves were not overly crowded but the lounging areas were often completely filled, leaving no space to leave your robes. I'd like to see a solution implented to solve this issue. My only other complaint was the temperature of the room during our mid-November stay. The heat

Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast include freshly mad Omlette etc., Choice was excellent.

Early 20th century room atmosphere, super quiet, great amenities, welcome gifts

One of the best hotels I have been to in Europe! Classic, clean, great stuff, amazing service. Everything was perfect. We had a big bath and super quality towels as well as super comfortable sheets. cleaning staff that come twice a day to bring amenities and chocolates. They even brought chocolate cake and champagne to our room for my birthday. Highly highly recommended! Le Bar has great coffee and super tasty food! And the staff is super friendly!

The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff extremely friendly. The hotel room however was not clean, bathroom floors very dirty, carpet not vacuumed and dusty tables.

It was a gorgeous room! However the make up of the room every day was sub par but didn’t affect us too much! .
