전반적으로 이런저런 문제가많습니다 전혀 5성급의 서비스를 기대하기는 힘듭니다 문앞에 도어맨이 3명이있었는데도 아내의 큰캐리어를 도와줄생각도안하고 자기들끼리 놀고있습니다 프런트도 업그레이드 가능시 업그레이드방으로 예약했지만 전현 기대하지마세요 조금의 친절함도 찾아볼수가없네요 이그젝큐티브 라운지 직원들만 친절하네요^^

Hotel was great, service tremendous and breakfast excellent. Surprised that the bar was small and lacking in atmosphere.

Hotel atmosphere and breakfast was great

We booked the executive room, like the one we enjoyed on past visits, but on this occasion it was disappointing. The check in wait was long but we got our room in reasonable time. The room was fine but overlooked the entry hallway and stairs to a party room. The noise from all the activities was extremely disrupting. In the daytime it wasn't a bother but in late hours the sound of deep base disrupted our sleep. Our complaints were noted but the hotel could not correct this at the time. The staff in general were pleasant but lacked training in hospitality. This was noticeable at breakfast. We were seated in a dark annex with no attentive staff. The seating management was poor, they even placed other guests on our table after we went to get food. The breakfast selection was reasonable but not always available and getting a coffee wasn't an easy experience. The staff kept getting basic requests wrong or simply forgetting about them. The following day was a small improvement. We had the executive suite access and enjoyed it the most. The young lady serving that area was attentive. The spa was ok, although many children occupied the loungers so we only stayed a short time. Because we had a serious complaint with our stay, the manager respectfully offered compensation at check out. This is still to be received after two weeks. For a five star hotel a drop in standard of service is noticeable. It saddens me not to recommend staying here as the place is a grand venue.

I had a dirty room, as a lot of hair of previous client in the shower, after addressing my issue to the receptionist nothing was done, like it’s normal

Suite deluxe réservée pour 3 adultes. À notre arrivée la chambre est préparée pour 2. Nous descendons à la réception pour signaler le problème, 30 minutes plus tard un lit pour enfant est installé, nous redescendons pour nous plaindre car il manque également des serviettes de toilettes pour le 3eme adulte et demander qu’on nous change le lit pour enfant qui n’est pas prévu pour un adulte. Pas d’excuse de la direction, ni de compensation malgré ce qu’on avait promis le soir même… inadmissible pour la suite d’un 5 étoiles.

Zeer goed ontbijt, goede bedden en kamers. Schoon en hygienisch.

Dated rooms with leaking shower stall, sink faucet, malfunctioning bathroom door lock, a nail popping up from the carpet, etc. Housekeeping service is of very low quality (a lot of dust, no vacuuming, etc.).

Beautiful clean hotel with friendly staff and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in , I wanted to bring it home . Do not hesitate to book this hotel everything is wonderful including their beautiful decor and spa

Such an amazing stay! The staff were really friendly and helpful, the room was beautiful with lots of little things that make a real difference - really big fluffy towels you can wrap all round you, amazing comfy bed, cosy dressing gowns and slippers to use for the spa. I will definitely stay again if I go back to Budapest.

Hotel was amazing, the staff was friendly and accommodating to what ever we needed the spa was very clean and enjoyable, the rooms were spaceious and comfortable. We went during the xmas period and the xmas decor inside the hotel was fantastic would recommend a stay there to anyone travelling to budapest
