プールの水が冷たく泳ぐことを諦めた。温水プール にして欲しい。

古さは否めませんが、その古さも良いエッセンスにして、趣きある雰囲気が楽しめます。立地も良く、10階のコンシェルジュサービスは素晴らしいの一言。スパの施設環境はシンプルですが、丁寧です。サウナも充分な熱さを提供。 レストランのワインサービスマネージャー(Diego)は、こちらの希望を見事に叶えたチリの逸品を提供してくれるはずです。 クラシカルで落ち着いたバー、ピスコサワーは柔らかく繊細な味わい、ガツン系がお好きな方には少し物足りないかも。マッカランのセレクションには圧巻するはずです。 6日間の滞在はサンチアゴを心温まる素敵な思い出にしてくれました。おススメです。

繁華街の大通りに面していたが、静かでゆったりしたホテルだった。

評判通りの高級ホテル。ポーター、レセプション、コンシェルジェ、ルームサービス、エグゼクティブクラブラウンジ、シティツアーなど、すべてのホスピタリティーサービスのレベルが高い。客室の機密性も高い。

The service provided by the staff was superb, particularly, Italo, who was at the front desk. Dining menu can be better though.

I love the place, very convenient location closer to great bars and restaurants. Also, the food at the restaurant is great. The only concern it is the gym very old machines and tools to workout.

Excellent service

We had a wonderful stay in the hotel .. everything was perfect. The suite, the comfort, the staff, the breakfast, room service, the lounge, the spa , the area, the tours we arranged using the hotel services,

Everything was absolutely great!

We liked the excellent service from all the staff from our check-in experience at reception, to the servers in the restaurant each morning to the spa staff as well as the house keeping staff. Our room was refreshed and cleaned each day and we were grateful. We thoroughly enjoyed the roof top pool and deck area which was a great retreat from the busy city. We were entertained by a highly skilled pianist each evening in the bar area. What a delight that was for us. We will return on our next trip.
