I still didn’t get my deposit back?

This was the most humiliating hotel experience my family has ever endured. We booked a room for two adults and two children, based on the hotel's stated policy that two children under 11 stay free. Upon arrival, the front desk manager, aggressively accused me of violating hotel rules because we had four children—even though our reservation and the policy supported it. He refused to listen, threatened to call the police, and charged my card for a second room without consent. That night, with no justification, my entire family—including a 3-year-old—was forcibly removed from the hotel by police, who appeared to be on friendly terms with the manager. Despite promises of a refund, we’ve received nothing as of May 7. The hotel reeked of smoke, the management was hostile, and the treatment we received was deeply traumatic and unprofessional. We were welcomed with kindness at a nearby Holiday Inn, proving this was not a misunderstanding—it was discrimination, poor management, and a breach of Wyndham's own policy. Avoid this place at all costs.

Was convenient great staff

I had asked for a room near the elevator because of my mobility issues and was given one that was the farthest away as it could be The shower was cold and couldn't be warmed up.

Overall good.

We often stay at this hotel whenever we come to Toronto for events. The GO Train is just a few minutes up the road and very convenient to get downtown without the hassle of driving at rush hour. It's also reliable for returning to the hotel after an event and the area is safe and quiet. The hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. I appreciate that there is a fridge as many hotels no longer have fridges. I haven't used the pool but it looks great. The breakfast is great for families. Pro Tip: you have to make the waffles yourself which means they are done to your liking and are always hot and freshly made!

Close to public transit and there are restaurants in area. Housekeeping staff not friendly. We said Good evening on elevator and they ignored us and continued talking in their language.

Tooms were mostly clean. Definitely could have been better. Shower was the worse. Only HOT or COLD. tried to put in the middle for warm, and it turns off.

Decent Place, Convenient,

I didn’t like the smell of bleach as u walk in- after cleaning my openion to at lease put air refreshers around to take away that bleach scent. Otherwise everything else seems in order. Breakfast wasn’t much option but was good. The rooms are big N spacious, beds comfy. All necessities were also in the room - a little fridge, microwave, iron n board, hair blow dryer. I will visit sometime again, N will recommend. Thanks

Decent for the price

The stay was pleasant. It was fairly up to date and clean. Our only complaint on cleanliness and maintenance was the office chair in our room had a lot of crumbs in the creases and the metal On the sides of the seat was coming unattached from the seat. Beds were clean, washroom was updated and appeared to be clean. Breakfast was simple but delicious and well stocked.

I gave a three star rating as average.The property was conveniently located to my venue. The room was well priced, clean and staff was courteous. The breakfast was good. It include make your own waffles, cold boiled eggs, cereal, bagels, bread, pastries, apples, bananas, juices and hot beverages. The poopl area seemed clean and was busy during my stay.

Staff were very good with the hockey teams. Let them play mini sticks run. Everyone had a great time

They gave away our first room. The 2nd room . The room wasnt cleaned. Here was a broken tv. A leak in the bathroom and the bed sheets had red dots all over.. the front desk came to look and assumed as well. It wasnt cleaned.. The 3rd room the room smelled and the desk was broken but its the last room available

Very dirty all around. Keys didn’t work. Pool was closed whenever they felt like, claimed they were “cleaning”. Not sure they know what that word means.
