The property is located in a good location easy access to highway, restaurants and shopping and hospital. Didn't interact much with staff but when I did they were friendly. As it is under the umbrella of Wyndham was disappointed in the appearance of carpets that had stains and looked very old and room was generally clean but drawers were not wiped or areas dusted. Not enough towels in the room for more than one person. I would stay again if needed but wouldn't be my first choice.

SPERM ALL OVER THE COMFORTERS. STAINS ON THE SHEETS. DUSTY AND FLOORS NOT SWEPT. PEE ON THE TOILETS. THAT WAS THE FIRST ROOM!!! SECOND ROOM WE CHECKED - TOILET SEAT NOT CONECTED TO THE TOILET. ROOM WAS A BIT CLEANER UNTILL I SAW THE WHITE STIP OF SOMETHING ON THE OUTTER PART OF THE COMFORTER. DONT STAY HERE UNLESS YOUR A PLANNING ON SHOOTING UP AND HAVE NO NEED FOR HYGENE!!

There were a few little things that brought our rating down. Took almost almost 5 minutes for someone to show up to the front desk to check us in. Our room was not fully cleaned before check in - found an unopened juice bottle and socks under the chair, and there was urine around the bottom of the toilet seat. The shower door did not close properly, and the bathroom fan sounded like it was not installed properly. Door locking mechanism was loose, which made opening the door difficult. Beds were comfy, pool was clean, breakfast was minimal, we believe they watered down the waffle mix.

Mouse in the lobby and also seen outside main doors. No hot water in hotel when we returned from long day and the power had been out that day as well but they forgot to turn the boiler back on. Rooms were very dirty, bathroom floor was very creaky and shifted when you stepped in one part. toilet seat shifted around almost all the way so risky to use. Rooms were not made up or garbage taken out.

Don’t book here ! Rodents , unclean rooms , power was out all day and no hot water at night for showers, wasn’t given the room we booked. And was told they only have one size room, so when I booked with the understanding that my room would be bigger compared to the others and paid more for it , I was told they don’t have bigger rooms , I then felt scammed into paying more for the basic room . No one to help at the front desk. And key cards would stop working randomly.

There was not one thing that was good about our stay. Use the door key once, and would not work a second time. Garbage was not emptied. No new towels. Let the front desk know about a rodent entering the building through a Crack that was directly under our window. A mouse literally in the lobby as well. Power was turned off sometime Saturday, and guests were not notified. We were all gone for almost 18 hours on Saturday for a tournament. Got back and 9 of our rooms had no hot water for anyone to have a shower. In fact, the entire motel had no hot water. No breakfast until 7:00am. But weekdays it's open at 6:00am. Pretty much backwards. It was the worst stay of anywhere we have been. We would recommend that you remove this motel from your list.

Overall experience was horrible property disgusting rooms not cleaned at all no hot water or even lukewarm water to shower Under staffed and the staff they have could care less to even be there and to help anyone

This property has really gone downhill since we stayed there a few years ago. The furniture was broken. The couch was covered in stains. No hair dryer in the room. And mould in the shower.

No major issues. It was good.
